Has anyone noticed this? Or anyone have seen their eth gas fee spend on wtf dapp? I think you will be delighted to know that it will be compensated via airdrop on feeswtf however this is likely to be the same with gasdao that you need to claim and spend gas fee again. Check the metrics of the airdrops.

Not sure if this will recover the gas fee value we spend on the past years on trading but if they do then that's good.
There are 100k+ people who can participate in this airdrop so the probability of normal drop is low, what is more, the commission for claim will be exorbitant. But if you anyway has spent the required amount, you can try, but don't try to reach this number now as they more probably have already made a list of those who meet the requirements.

I don't think it's very good to make a claim just to spend gas. If the opinion scales with the number of Twitter followers such as gasdao can still profit. but if all get the same share with the same quality the claim costs only to harm because it is too high.
Thats the trick there. There are plenty of traders spend gas fee on eth, so likely they are more keen rather than having a twitter with scaling a follower like gdao airdrop.

I had some airdrop too there but didn't claim it due to its value but maybe later on if its worth the fee already. Wtf fees has been first on showing your gas fee spent. Its unfortunate that gasdao release it first well likely wtf should have been the first.

Yeah, I came across this on Twitter yesterday, and I saw I qualify for the airdrop on one or two of my addresses, but my worry now is that gas fees on Ethereum right now is still very high, and claiming this airdrop is by interacting with the contract, and we all know that any transactions that involves interacting with a smart contract sure requires a fee, so right now, I really hope the airdrop will be worth it when it's finally launched.

I am actually qualified in several wallets but I know the airdrop may be useless due to high numbers of qualified individuals and if they choose to airdrop tokens according to the gas used instead of flat rate. GasDao gave me over a worth of $100 but the network fee to claim was over $70, selling may cost another $120, at the end, I would be indebted to the ethereum network. Not going to claim such worthless airdrop due to sucking ethereum gas fee.

If the claim needs a two digits fees for hundreds or thousands reward and that's really worth but if that is only to claiming less than it or equally with the gas fees and then that will not worth. Remember that if the participants need to did two transactions, first to claim the reward and then second to send the reward to the exchange site to be sold in the market. I may try to see how much i can claim from the fees that i have spent it since a few years ago but if it's worth a few thousands dollars and that's really worth to be claimed even when i need to pay $100 or more for the fees.  Cheesy
Im still waiting for the start of this airdrop

Not many people will be interested in the airdrops, and also we don't know we will receive worth the rewards atleast something above the value we spend on fee and then again when we get airdrop the value of the token might temporarily or permanently so people will rush to sell them even for lower amount than the actual Market value.
The fees are too high that leaving people to think that joining airdrop is seems to be useless. If people will know that they will get $100 while paying only $10 for the transactions, I was glad to see people are rushing themselves to participate. But unfortunately, it was not clear how much we get and how much we pay for the fees.

I know that some people will make a way to do it but I'm not sure if they have the interest to withdraw it after. I can't assume but most likely possible if you will pay a bigger amount than the value of your airdropped coin.

I dont think they will recover the gas fees as it is spent already and its so volatile in terms of pricing that they cant catch the fee value which was established previous year. This is applicable to all of the assets in the crypto space market. So any services that claim to have fee returns would have to be very rich backing or either another interest programs running on their platforms which will give them security of funds so that they can spare it over their users as claim backs.

Imagine a simple gambling site which gives us rakebacks, but these rake backs are very less or small % which is lesser than what we spend or deposit thus its like giving back from what we deposited.

Similarly gas fees would need fund assurance first to have charge back.

Why not? If they knew that they spend a lot on gas fee then redeeming on this airdrop is one way to lessen the expenses we did before isn't it. So I think the opposite, many will be interested on this airdrop and Im sure whales will play the market on this. Though there is no clear purpose of the platform yet aside from showing the gas fee spent.

One successful project in a unique way usually won't be able to have the same event or be replicated. I see fees.wtf duplicating gasdao that requires twitter and gas charges in taking it. It will be a 50:50 bet in seeing if we lose with the gas we take out or we will profit (just like gasdao). We decide.

Fees.wtf seems to be more popular than GasDAO, and GasDAO alone can provide a hefty profit for airdroppers. I think fees.wtf can be even more profitable Grin

Im sure that will become a small airdrop since fees wtf was not so popular among the crypto users i meant you can take a look dapp radar airdrop. it's not so good as open sea airdrop.
Can't really quantify it now since we can only knew its potential value if we see figures or tokenomics with this. Yes it could be valuable or another additional shit in our wallet but of course as long as we can get free money from the burden of those fees we incurred on eth then this can be a helpful airdrop for us.

I have noticed it since a few days ago. I have my fees spend on fees wtf and it's qualified to get an airdrop.

I didn't know what he means about the scalling ration that already mentioned in the tweet. Im sure that the airdrop will be small but it's worth to try whether the amount that can be claimed will worth with the gas fees or not.

From now on it will keep getting harder to get airdrops from Dex and Dao platforms because their requirements will never remain the same, it's either some numbers of trades to get qualified or a big amount in USD that's been traded on the platform, it's only a matter of time all this airdrops won't make sense for many only the rich and whales will benefit
