Bitcoin transactions cannot be canceled. If the fee is too low, you can attempt to make a conflicting transaction which is more likely to be confirmed, but there is no guarantee that the conflicting transaction will be the one that confirms. When you make your transaction, you can have it signal RBF which makes it easier to replace with a higher fee conflicting transaction.

When sending a bitcoin, If I wait until after a few days at 0 confirmation, Can you can cancel it or do I have to wait?

If I can cancel it, Can you tell me how? and If I have to wait... is there a limit? How long do I have to wait?

Same thing with what my transaction yesterday, its not yet confirmed and its more than 12 hours already. Its the exchange that sets the fee so I have no control over it. I'm not in a hurry though but bitcoin is getting slower everyday.
