Yes there are some exchanges which accepts trading fiat with cryptos. Some exchanges like kraken, bitfinex accepts these trading pairs. Also there are other exchanges which accepts their local fiat currency to trade for crypto currencies like BTC,ripple etc

Yes indeed, it is possible as long as the exchange is providing that service. It also depends on the what kind of the service the application is providing. In my country apps such as Zebpay , Xapo, Unocoin are being used on a regular basis to trade between Bitcoin and fiat.
Another example is coinbase where USD can be exchanged for BTC, ETH, LTC etc... Find applications that suits your need better.

In forex, it is known that you trade currency pairs i.e. EUR/USD or AUD/JPY etc. Can a fiat currency be traded against a cryptocurrency, like for example having a pair like BTC/JPY or CAD/ETH?
It exists! I saw one! But it's on euro/btc usd/btc usd/euro/btc and that's on WAVES platform! I saw the trading history and it's somehow okay, it has an 'okay' number of transaction on the orderbook which means it is not that low transactions and it is not also high. It's just a normal number of transactions. You can check it out on WAVES lite.

if it can not be traded to fiat,
how can we value it ? of course we can trade it using fiat and vice versa.
you can find a lot of excanger offering that kind of service in their website.
in kraken.com you can find BTC/CAD,BTC/USD,BTC/EUR and vice versa.
even in my local exchanger offer that kind of service,
which mean if i have cryptocurrency,i can directly sell it to them and encash my coin to fiat.

I'm fairly sure those exist, but you'll find better rates in USD or in BTC, so consider just trading for those. Good luck!

Yes, all you have to look is for a local crypto exchange in your country which can provide you with usd conversion. In my country zebpay and unocoin provide service of exchanging bitcoins directly to INR to my bank account.

I have not heard of any that really offered such kind of exchanges. There may be crypto (which is mostly limited to BTC, ETH, LTC) vs. USD or Euro or Pound but when it comes to JPY, CAD, AUD, and the rest of fiat currencies, there are none that I know of. Only the major fiat currencies in the world are catered. But, again, I am not sure and I am interested to know also. I am using Bittrex, Etherdelta, Poloniex. I have not come across such kind of trade pairs.

Yes, absolutely.

You just need to find an exchange that allows these kind of investment pairings.

I'm aware of Kraken exchange, but that's just one of many. You should ask this question in the Exchanges board of this forum.

Good luck with the trading.
