Israel will meet Greece in their first match in world cup 2019 qualifiers.  The handicap that is given to israel by the bookies is +9.   I dont think that they can handle the line and I believe that greece will win by 15+

My country has a group of very worthy, but I think our team will be able to compete for a spot on the World Cup. Everything will depend on how they tune into the game.

I really hate to see this new FIBA system, where teams have to play without their best players from Euroleague and NBA. I prefer old championship system. Now it's bad for teams who have smaller selection of players and these teams risking to not qualify to the main competition. For example, look at Spain roster, it's full of no-names. But after 2 matchdays in Europe zone there is only one big surprise - Croatia lost both their matches and now their in complicated situation. But again, if we look at their squad - we can't find high class players and without them Croatia aren't powerful team.

Spain still got its revenge over Slovenia. You have a solid point on the no-NBA and Euroleague players available due to conflict in the ongoing seasons. As iss the case teams like USA and Spain can cushion the hit drawing some from amateur and developmental league but sucks for smaller nations like Croatia whose crop of good players are mostly contracted in the NBA and Euroleague.

However, it is refreshing to see the home and away matches and home crowds being able to support their teams court side.

That +7.5 odds in china vs korea i think is too high. That probably will dwindle as the match closes in. Yeah chinese supremacy has dwindled from years back and korea has emerged to be at least in the top three asian countries, but china for me is still an asian powerhouse. It's going to be interesting to watch these top tier asian teams play each other this early.

You called it Malsetid. China did get the upset, 92-81 beating Korea in their home turf.

Kosovo (+17) 🆚 Hungary
Slovenia (+13) 🆚 Spain
Croatia (+2) 🆚 Italy
Poland (+7.5) 🆚 Lithuania
Kosovo (+17) 🆚 Hungary
Slovenia (+13) 🆚 Spain

Asian Qualifiers:
China (+7.5) 🆚 South Korea
Hongkong (+38) 🆚 New Zealand
India (+7) 🆚 Syria
Jordan (+1.5) 🆚 Lebanon

Americas Qualifiers:
Panama (+15) 🆚 Argentina
Mexico (+18.5) 🆚 USA
Paraguay (+18.5) 🆚 Uruguay
Cuba (+13) 🆚 Puerto Rico

Nice selection, I think I'll try betting with Asian qualifiers Korea can dominate this game though China is also one of the strongest team inside Asia but Korea already proven their skills ml have small odd so maybe trying handicap will bring something. Let see and thanks nitro for sharing.

Wow that roadmap though until 2023, a long journey to FIBA basketball world cup. For Asian qualifiers, i'm pretty sure China will qualify easily on group A and group B will be interesting Australia and Philippines are good on basketball too. USA also will easily qualified to the next round.

China is powerhouse team. But don't underestimate the greatness of Korea. Remember, they beat Philppines many times. So there's a chance that they can beat China. Philippines just beat Japan yesterday and all i can say is, they played. Though i hate the coach for not choosing good players. Australia is a good team. I don't think Philippines can match their lineups. They are way too tall and athletic than Philippine lineup. But Gilas players have heart of warriors. Anyway, USA is the world champion. No need to join the qualifiers. Im sure they will pick elite players to represent at tge world stage. It's only America's have qualifiers. The system is fine. Away and home matches are fair. This should have implemented long time ago.

Its a tough win for Gilas Pilipinas, although they lead throughout the game, it was a closed match and can go either way. Next in line is Chinese Taipei. I think they can also overcome them. So I think for there bracket, its gonna be AUS vs PHI for the top stop. They are a good matchup against AUS, Philippines is also very athletic, I think they are more athletic that AUS but its gonna be difficult for them to overcome the AUS team. I haven't look at the line up of the Chinese but I'm pretty sure that it is still strong as before. And I agree that they will quality for Group A against the Koreans.

This started earlier this week with all continental windows opening for the qualifiers for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 in China.

How do you like your country's chances of qualifying for the main event?

Here's how the nations can make it to the World Cup.

Woow I wasn't even aware of this. Great initiative.. My money is on China for Asia, Nigeria for Africa.
