Considering the high rate of unemployment in the world is increasing rapidly ...

This may sound like a crazy idea to you, but we should try to have much more unemployment. You do not need to be employed, you should just have income. Employment and income have been associated correlated along millennia but now the human have the unique and rare opportunity of getting the machines do the work and simply distribute the profits. Capitalism and any form of organisation that does not intend to free the man from its constrains, including the obligation to work, will be obsolete in a few decades.

I agree, we should be trying to eliminate jobs, not create them.

In order to eliminate works as you suggest, we need improving education about self-learning/self-education. Education is the foundation in order to help people realize that working just for money is not a good idea, we need to teach them all that they first need to do what they really enjoy doing. After that, money will show up like magic!

Teaching about how to be passionate about what people do is a good thing to keep talking and keep helping people on that matter.
Finding what we love to do shouldn't be that difficult, but we need to start by the example, doing our part first, then teach others. Each day we should start doing at least 3 or 4 things we really love doing, and from there we can master what we want to do more on a regular day.

Thanks for this great tip's however, when it comes to combating unemployment in our society you'll notice that just passion is not enough.

For instance, it's completely difficult to focus & perform task in which you are most passionate of if, there is not hope of getting small bulk for a daily meal.

Just like one of the other guy mentioned earlier, you can be passionate doing something you love but, without little/sufficient capital ( don't mean million) you could help up messing things up.

Sometimes, our focus should be projected doing something outside our area of interst  in order to generate little fund which wil be required to sustain our most passionate project.

Otherwise, we might end up not realizing our dream project. Year's back, i remember working in a metal construction company just to pay off my bill's & rentage. funny enough today, some of these skill's/experiences which i had acquired from working in those companies year's back is still useful to me today that i'm into doing what i'm most passionate of.

Thanks

I am very sad about this fact when people are engaged in science, but they are simply not needed by anyone within a country.

Money is needed for trading, not every country student can afford to allocate even $ 100 (scholarship of $ 50 per month), not to mention some more serious amounts that cryptotrading requires, not to mention the stock market, treasury bonds and stocks of banks.

Who says to you that people in science are not needed?
I'm surprised though because the current world revolves around science unlike in the time past when it was majorly about philosophy.
Technology is science of course and blockchain is from technology. Look deeper into yourself if you are in the science field and grow in it, you are needed.
However, for traders too, you can learn that or become a stock broker because the world has changed to be recognizing different kinds of exchange through trading, from crude oil, commodities, fiat currency etc.

In our country, geniuses receive $ 400 a month, having behind their backs 30 years of teaching at the university and a huge number of foreign grants and studies. Physics is a damn unpopular science with us.

That's a very difficult question. If you live in the Czech Republic or Spain, Portugal, China, or even Croatia - of course. I live in Ukraine and just a fan of physics (science). Now I am studying at the best university in the country. Vista is a $ 300 teacher per month. Or go to Poland to pick strawberries for $ 800 .. Really?

Success doesn't come overnight, one has to work hard to earn it.
The reason why many startups are failing is because of lack of patience and continuity. Everyone want to get rich overnight without working continually. Most of successful Enterpneurer projects had a total failure in there earlier days but they got success because of not losing focus.

I like this response but one thing about being patient and continuity is that you have to be sure what you are being patient for is going to worth it in the future. This is why those who have succeeded have done so because they saw it was worth it. We need to follow it up despite the initial challenges if we see it working in the future.

Merited your high quality post. I want you to create another one on how people can find their passion. This is the step where I believe most
people struggle. They focus on end goals and forget the reality. You should start with the end in mind and move backwards to start achieving.

Most people are passionate about the results, but not passionate about the hard work you have to put in getting it. So even if you are monetizing your passion, you still have to do things that are not pleasant or fun.

Considering the high rate of unemployment in the world is increasing rapidly (visible in some countries more than others) due to factor which are controllable like over population cause by migration, lack of skills, education, creativity etc but since those who're in charge of those sectors have failed, taking matters into our hands and not relying on the government could go a long way in reducing the unemployment level in some manner.

I have seen, heard and read about different individuals turn their passion into businesses (i.e monetizing their passion) but wonder why others haven't succeeded at doing so. I began to understand most individuals don't love what they do, they just do it for the money, that's why they find it difficult to put in more effort into improving when they aren't seeing rewards as expect. A quick example can also be seen in the cryptocommunity, crypto traders who don't have passion or developed passion for trading, find it difficult as they're just in for the money but for those who had or have developed passion can easily monetize that passion and profit from it. A crypto trader can monetize his trading passion in many ways like been an online coach, providing signs etc (not speaking about pump and dump scams).

Looked into other sections and found same problem, lack of love in what people do for money, is what deprive individuals of fighting unemployment with their passion. They tend to pick up someone else passion (just because it has already been established as a money making passion) example; blogging, which most of them plagiarized since they don't have the required skills in that area. It then result to them struggling to keep what they do profitable as it wasn't their passion in the first place. I believe strongly in capitalizing on monetizing our passion for fighting the unemployment level, what do you think, can we achieve a reduction (in unemployment level) with this?.

"Choose the job that you think you'll be happy even you don't get paid."
This is the one of truth in our life. Most of us really think that we live to go to school, and after that we should find job to fulfill our daily need which my country really experiencing right now and even the past few years. Majority think that if you don't have degree you don't get a job that will support daily needs.
In my country if you don't have car, you are considered as poor. And that's I don't like with their mindset.

This is one of the problem my country is facing right now. They also believe that working overseas will give them prosperity and overcome poverty. Without knowing that they didn't realize what their missing out, like watching their kids grow. They only realize that if time comes they don't have enough time left to enjoy life.

If we realize what job will give us opportunity, income while enjoy it. I hope they realize monetizing passion instead

knowing your passion is just about how enjoyable your job is. this does not translate to how profitable you will be
some managers hate their job but get paid more than a lower level employee that loves their job.

the key thing that makes the difference is how your labour and time is distributed to serve its purpose to a wider audience/customer base within a short period of time.

EG someone that enjoys selling cars
spending 4 hours talking to one customer rather than 1 hour might appear more relaxed, less pushy, and and nice feeling getting to know someone. but you are likely to get 4x less commision by taking your time

however making a video advert that takes 3 minutes and is broadcast/streamed to millions of people can get you maybe 100 sales via the internet shopping cart. which leads to 8000x more commissions than the 4 hour cosy sales pitch with on customer

take being a manager.
imagine an accountant makes it where labour is 2% of sales value whereby 1% for saleperson and 1% for manager
so a salesperson gets $1000 a month. but a manager overseeing 4 salespeople and thus 'hinting' at being involved in 4x the amount of sales as just one sales person, gets $4000 a month
all without doing any extra work than 2 feet or 2 hands are capable off(manager doesnt actually do the work of 8feet and 8 hands to earn 4x of what a 2feet 2hand salesman does)

in short. passion is just will you enjoy the job. whats important to make it worth doing though is how much time/labour is needed to live off of. because if you dont have money to live on. you very quickly stop doing your hobby to try earning funds to try to survive

To monetize your passion, first you have to know your passion first, and know yourself.

Getting to know yourself and your passions can be very hard - you have to put yourself in bunch of different situations to discover your strong and weak sides

It requires effort and time.

You have to put yourself in new and unfamiliar situations.

You may have to ask for help people who you do not like, but they have resources to help you.

You will have to look yourself objectively and be honest to yourself about your strong sides and your weak sides.

You will get a few blows in your ego along the way and that is why most people never discover their passion.

You will have to be consistent in discovering what you like and what are you talented at - making a diary of your succesess and failures is good thing to do.

You will have to be open to new experiences and be able to recognize good opportunitines to grow and experience new things.

It is a process that never ends and is constantly changing and not something that you "have".

TLDR:
To do what are you passionate at you have to go to process of self discovery first.

We also have to increase our skills on how to sell our service or product to the more consumers.

I agree that if you love what you do, and if you can make money out of it is the best job. Like someone said (can't remember who) "if you love what you do, you don't have to work a single day in your life".
But there is a catch: loving what you do is not enough, if you ask me, you need to be also skilled/talented in what you do, for example if you like flying airplanes and you want to make money out of it you'll need to "be made for this". If you like to cook and you want to make money out of it you need to have the skills for this. The same for everything else: painting, singing, etc.
But literally if someone like to cook means they either attracted towards it or already have more skills on doing it but both these person will try hard to bring something new on it and want to get recognize themselves among the public or people who were just commonly related to it.

Truly speaking real world jobs at most of the time pay a lot more when compared to doing an online job. The unemployment rates has reached far more higher standards in my country for past couple of years and with recent economic times, almost all the core sector students are left stranded without a job. Here the population is too high and the government and private sectors are not able to serve everyone with a job since there is far little production happening here.

People consider migration as a better way to overcome these worse situations and some even are willing to be hired as a labour in a developed country. I can take an example of two of my friends who are from the core sector fields (one from the production and other one from the construction) currently being jobless. One of the friend migrated to UK and is working as a labour in a supermarket and other one has started a Youtube Channel 2 years back. The guy has earned a million subscribers and has earned cumulatively $12,000 for a period of 2 years and other has earned $50,000 by working in a super market by having an average pay of $15 per hour. Both do have the skills and interested in earning money even during the adverse unemployment conditions.

If you put additional effort and work in a developing country, you would get paid a meagre sum of $50-$100 increment per month provided the monthly pay is around $1000. Passion will eventually help you in earning additional money even though we don't have a employment.

As paxmao said, income and employment are different and you need only income to sustain in life and not employment. Income can even be earned by receiving interest from bank deposits.

Apart from the employment angle which op has really done justice to, doing a job that you have passion for will even relief someone from anger, feeling stressed (where you have not been stressed just because there is no passion). It can create an atmosphere of joy and your body will relax more, your health too and you look younger than your age because it is all fun for you. Imagine being paid heavily for what you would have also lobed to do freely. For example, some footballers get paid heavily and playing football naturally is their passion. Some people naturally make people to laugh because of the comic talent they have and they get paid for it as comedians and mcs. However, identifying our passion and turning it to money by being employed to catch your fun and get paid at same time is a wonderful feeling.

Doing what you love and then earn at the same time is such a good thing to do. And I have always admired people who are getting paid by doing what they love. Like the actors, basketball players.

But on a much simpler way, we can fight unemployment by making use of our resources, and our interests. We are now on the digital age and almost everyone has their own smartphones. Video blogging is very common nowadays and also online businesses like online selling of clothes, foods, flowers. No doubt it would be a challenge for starters. But they just have to find the right one that would suit them best or something that really interest them most so that whatever happens, they will have the determination to pursue it.

One person needs to be creative and with original ideas in order for them to have a better status on having that what you called "passion" since other people following famous icon hoping they could earn money the same way with ease. In someway I can tell that it may reduce the unemployment a little bit but still majority of the problem is that you need a capital in order for you to start something unless you are working with some companies or organization. I maybe lucky because I am a regular employee on a government hospital and a part I had earned from my work I already invested on buying lots.

One way to do this used to be by making videos for YouTube, but they seem to be de-monetising so many channels these days, that that may not be an option any more. The future seems to be in information gathering and selling, but this is another option that may be difficult for some people, especially if you are trying to research the current political changes.
Youtube can be a good platform to make money who are unemployed but if we think only the vlogs will do then we are dump.

Lots of different youtube channel were earning and the unique one got the most interest.I read that channel by a kid reviewing the toys made the most in the year 2018 so we need to be unique on what we are doing when it comes to youtube channel.

But definitely it will take years to get recognized.

Quite true but still if individuals are to use video blogging as a means to fight the unemployment level by been self employed the should first consider if video blogging is their passion (in the spirit of monetizing their passion) not doing so might make the job stressful and unprofitable since that was not their area of interest only picked interest due to the monetary gain.
