Already heavy casualties have been reported and they just made the place unliveable and now why show like they really care? USA is the biggest supporter and illegitimate father of Israel who has been supplying them with all sort of weapons and safeguarding their interest by silencing other Arab nations who are just puppets. It's not new for them to destroy nations, kill people and guess what after some year some guy in the army will throw away the medal he got for killing people stating they shouldn't have done that.

Yes it is good and I am happy to see USA finally say something and get their decision right but let us not forget that they still supported Israel and turned a blind eye to the suffering people of palestine.

is it possible that they only changed their decision due to the pressure from their citizens? or maybe Israel has stopped benefitting them

Yes, the UN and its Security Council are a bunch of talkers whose words mean nothing.
Not exactly.
UN is an American organization under full control of the US regime and is ordered to pursue the regime's interests. So its resolutions' effectiveness depends on who it's against.

For example if it is against a terrorist organization like Israel that is backed by the US regime and is committing genocide that favors US regime, then it means nothing.
But if it is against countries that US regime has an animosity towards, wants to invade, plunder, etc. then it means a lot. Like Iraq starting from 6 August 1990 (resolution 661) and continued until the invasion because the regime wanted to invade and plunder Iraqi resources.

Although I have to mention that with the World Order changing, that is also becoming less effective and would possibly either end United Nations or significantly change it in the near future.

The ice has broken, gentlemen, America has finally decided to abandon the policy of double standards and, in accordance with the political morality it proclaims, voted in the UN Security Council for a resolution calling on Israel for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Almost everything in these lines are wrong.

For starters US did not vote for the resolution, they just didn't veto it like all the previous times over the past 170+ days. The reason for it is because Biden is getting desperate as he is losing the race for the next presidential election as the protests in US against his support of the genocide grows.

Most importantly, the US regime's double standard have not changed one iota since the regime still continues sending weapons to aid the Israeli terrorist continue their genocide in Gaza and continues giving its full (military, intelligence and logistical) support to this organization.

Last but not least this resolution doesn't mean anything whatsoever because nobody is going to enforce it. This is also not the first resolution against the Zionist apartheid and genocide in Palestine. Last I checked there were about 512 different UN security council resolutions against the Zionist regime occupying Palestine from 1948 till today. None of them have changed anything since none of them are enforced.
US regime has only vetoed 55 of them.

Yes, the UN and its Security Council are a bunch of talkers whose words mean nothing.

Took them a long time to call out, it seems that their new weapons systems testing are on halt or there's some sort of moral intervention that's dawning on this people that US finally decided for a ceasefire, it's a sad day for Palestine but a victory for them to not be exterminated off the face of the Earth, this is the biggest break that they're going to get and I hope that from here on out, it's going to just improve for the betterment of the country of Palestine. Israel really needs to check up on their issues because they're not on a war, they're doing a genocide.

America is calling on Israel to end the bombardment on gaza but is still supplies Israel with military support and finance the truth is everything about the war is politics and nothing more
If the prime ministers of Israel was an African he must have been arrested and taken to the international criminal court for war crime and genocide but look despite all the atrocities committed by the state of Israel the best America and it allies are doing is to be telling Israel please take it easy on Palestine the world indeed is partial

Correct.
I see this gesture from the Biden administration just as a simbolic gesture from them, to peace the political left which cannot stand with the indiscriminate massacre of civilians which did not have anything to do with the atrocities which took place in October o last year.
If the United States government actually wanted to do anything about what is going on in Gaza and the abuse Israel is alledgely commiting on there, they would stop sending weapons to Netanyahu and would only provide ammo for their iron dome.
It is for fair at all innocent people is being killed because of actions of terrorists.

American calling on Israel, to ceace fire in Gaza, is a good cause, because despite the justification for Israeli bombardment in Gaza, they must consider the lives of the innocent civilians in that region. If the targets of Israeli weapons keeps hitting the innocent civilian population of Palestine, then they're not doing it right, I believe that in modern warfare you'll have to find a way to manoeuvre and hit the enemy target, without causing innocent casualties. For the sake of the innocent civilians I hope that the both side will reach a compromise to end this war.

The Palestinian Arabs do not have a regular army with tanks, planes, guns and other weapons, there are no military barracks and bases with soldiers. Militants are partisans or terrorists, which is the same thing, and do not have army clothing. They are ordinary people who want to liberate their land from the Israeli occupiers. Every Palestinian is an enemy of the Jews and is ready to fight against the occupiers; if he picks up a machine gun, he becomes a Hamas member. It's all about the number of machine guns in Gaza. The only way for the Jews to win is to kill all the Palestinians, which is what Israel is doing. If you know another method, please tell me.

Peace has been what everyone clarmor for no matter what courses was or conflict neutral ground of resolution need be reach, nothing last forever, I am not from their but believe that this is a good move by US and it organization body to bring to stop the war mostly as it involves allot of casualties when many innocent people are loosing their life on daily basis.

The economic power many are sorting this time around has begin to brake down some bind laws, between nation and continent, the early the best they find a way just as this move is already on ground to savage this situation to avoid to wipe of people with less power on the existence on this lithosphere.

Finally!

The ice has broken, gentlemen, America has finally decided to abandon the policy of double standards and, in accordance with the political morality it proclaims, voted in the UN Security Council for a resolution calling on Israel for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Such a US decision, unexpected for Israel, was long overdue, especially after Biden’s words about the creation of the state of Palestine as the only way to end the almost century-long Arab-Israeli conflict, which is the generator of many terrorist attacks, including the most tragic one, known as September 11 (1) .

It must be said that the thesis of “two states for two peoples” was proclaimed when Barack Obama was in office, but things did not go beyond bold words. The overly cautious Obama was content with the Nobel Prize and no longer disturbed the Jewish lobby in America. Biden, unlike the cowardly Obama (2), can be said to have taken the first effective step against Israel’s policies by declaring Netanyahu, to use the term of chess terminology, “Check.”
