I am not judging, but spartan82 have postive trust and you are in the reds. You should give more details on your side of the story.
Trust is mostly meaningless. I don't know about Rulishix's true intentions (he did scam before but repaid everything), but spartan82 scammed Rulishix.

IMO +/- 200 doesn't matter in such number ( anything less than -2 shall be taken into account. And by those two I mean just small mistake in first deal and of course depends on the amount of damages )
