I found this one when searching about having with good qualities co-founder in your project. Consider these qualities of your co-founder you will meet from blockchain meetups from this site https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/304281. There you can find 4 qualities of a co-founder that you might want to team up with or a partner.

Personally, if I were to look for a co-founder for a project, I would most probably go only with a person I know personally. It's very unlikely that I would trust someone online for a project(especially for a co-founder position); though it completely depends on what 'project' you're planning on doing.

What project are you planning on making in the first place?

I am trying to create a coin and an online bank for crypto, People can take loans. I just started so I don't have all the technical specifications. Basically a blockchain based bank.

So.. pretty much like the Salt lending platform[1]? Anyway, if you're doing a project that's decently big in size, I'd probably socialize in blockchain meetups. I don't think looking for potential colleagues online isn't going to do much good if you're just starting out.

Basically what the subject says.

Is it possible to find a co-founder for a blockchain based project on this forum?

How do I go about it?

I might as well just maybe not be able to help a lot of my advice to do a project effectively not trusting it 100%, it's better to give a co-founder assignment for people you know closely because it is safer and more reliable. We also cannot take risks that can harm us until we cover the worst possible possibilities
