If you are an US citizen you can still bypass binance.com with VPN and if you want to do this only once then it is okay I guess because no other exchange other than Binance is having trading volume for the coin you are saying.Since binance doesn't have restrictions for less than 2btc withdrawal per day you can convert them in small batches at regular intervals to reduce the risks.

CND is listed on many exchanges but only on Binance where the volume is quite high at around 8 BTC, if you only want to exchange a small amount don't forget to calculate the network fees from your wallet to the trading account and also during withdrawals as it may all leave a little bit due to high fees.
Within 24 hours the CND has increased by more than 1000% it could be because there are long holders pumping this coin

Seems that CMD is listed on several exchanges on which Binance has the highest volume. What's the problem with Binance if you are from the USA? https://www.binance.us/en/home

They are not available only in some states but the whole USA users.

I've just looked into coingecko and it's on Uniswap.

With all of the choices, I think you should give it a try first with small amount of trade.

Depending upon the volume of coins that you have you might have a tough time getting a proper site to sell those coins. While there might be P2P deals available, there is also chances that someone here on forum might be willing to buy but getting such a buyer is the most difficult part and convincing then to buy is a other tough thing.

Still all altcoins have their day and so you might get a good price off it someday. For now I can only wish you all the best because this problem I have faced previously and I decided to move on from that coin than try to sell it.

What about bitfinex? have you checked it? It may available for US person like you but the only problem if CND on bitfinex has a very small daily trade volume but I guess the spread is not so big if you wanna dump your small amount of CND and convert it to another legit coin like BTC or ethereum. Finex could become the best replacement for bittrex for US customer.

You can check in CoinMarketCap the markets in which any coin is being traded.

I don't know what exchanges you can access in USA. If you do not have access to any, your option is to try to sell them directly to someone.

For my sins, i have a small position in CND (Cindicator.)  According to major summary sites like World Coin Index, the exchange that does most of the volume in this token is Binance, which no longer does business with lepers (US persons) like me.  The distant second, trading like USD $7000 per day, is supposed to be Bittrex.  I found that Bittrex does indeed offer CND wallets, but they make no market for CND, not even to Bitcoin. Their coin history says that they stopped trading CND in 2014! Can anyone clarify this perplexing situation for me?  I imagine going to the back door of the Bittrex office in Seattle, knocking four times, and saying "Ichiro Nine Fingers sent me!", but perhaps I am dramatizing the problem.  I would welcome any workaround, allowing me to swap CND for something like BTC that people want to buy.  Thanks!
