I have seen a video that indicates that rich people often waits for a wonderful time of crisis because that is the time that they could buy a lot of quantity, basically because they are always playing for the long run. What do you think?

Why only rich people should take the opportunity to buy at the crisis time? I dont think thats applicable to those people because money is not their concern anyways. It matters a lot to those people who are having money concern because they can not buy the bitcoin at high values and they always keep waiting for the lowest entry point so that they can buy as much as they could and have some profits later on when the prices will be high. So you see there is huge difference between your consideration and it indicates that it is more or less concern of poor people.  Tongue

Do you know why rich people are getting more richer and some small people have finally stand at the top? The answer is that they do not look for opportunities but instead you create them yourself. At this point of time wherein bitcoin is dropping its value to googles announcement and MT. Gox selling of btc in a huge volume, we are given a moment to create an opportunity for ourselves to decide, to gamble and to take risk. But before making a decision let us always remember that the higher the risk, the higher the income and the higher the losses. Thus I advise to stay on the middle buy some btc without consuming all your resources, that way if bitcoin goes down again you will have again another opportunity to buy and if it will go up then you already have some btc to sell and earn big.

Only rich people? What you've just described could be perfectly encapsulated into "buy the dip", and people in Bitcoin have been practicing that for ages.

Finding crisis in Bitcoin is pretty easy too. If bad news of a reasonable magnitude breaks, you can pretty much expect prices to drop and use it to your advantage.

It could be said that Bitcoin is in crisis right now, so you have a chance to follow these rich people's footsteps, if you see it fit.

I will not that they are rich people. Those are just experienced investors, they are aware about how the majority will behave in different situation and thus they make good use of this knowledge. It is obvious that most of the new investors will be taking their buying/selling decisions based on emotions and they do not do analysis of past stats and future projections.

Bitcoin demand may have been destroyed, causing prices to plummet. It may be a technical problem, regulatory intervention, or a negative image due to the huge amount of electricity consumed by Bitcoin. Maybe something totally unexpected.

Their actions are true they have played professionally and they had a strong belief that what they are waiting for in time will be an indisputable reality because the market has only 3 definite directions, among other things:
Enhancement,
Stagnant, and
Decline.

It really comes down to risk assessments in any given market. The really rich usually have people that invest for them, which keeps them out of trouble. They like keeping their money safe, not risking it in the unknown. Whales on the other hand in the market as its been proven have been buying nonstop over the last 3-4 months as it's fallen. If there was a very clear equation for success in cryptocurrency everyone would be billionaires. This as we know is not the fact.

I would expect that we will see a lot of change over the next 3-6 months when it comes to price swings.

What long run?

If I am rich I would buy a lot now and make the price climb. That way I could sell it back to a higher price. People will be forced to buy at a higher price and that makes you like the mover of that certain item.
Same with whales that can create a wave with buying and selling, they will just have to do it at the right place at the right time.
