EU Fines Banks $2.3 Billion For Market Rigging, so why cant we ?
We know they have a Bank account in Japan right ? Cant we pull the creds from there ?
I mean if only they were MADE TO PAY for the hack attempts & DDOS attempts they might consider becoming foolproof. Nothing better than a little monetary loss motivation dont you think ?
