To this date May 17, 2023 (finexbox) is totally a scam exchange. They decline all withdrawals, support not answer at all. I mined only 102 papry coin and stopped there to test if they will allow me to withdraw my coin. 7 days past and nothing was sent. No support. Totally scam exchange. I reported finexbox account on twitter. I hope more people report them so they stop scamming people and be out of business.
What were you still doing with an exchange that has so many negative reviews about being a scam?

A simple research would have saved your funds.
Reporting their Twitter account will not help. Maybe get a group of victims and try to report the domain to the domain registrar and Google Safe Browsing. You could also involve law enforcement authorities if possible

I could withdraw my funds finally. Not a scam exchange. Teck support resolve the issue. I am not sure is it because I left a negative review in youtube and emailed it to tech support that i want my coins back, or is it a trick to make me deposit more funds again. I am confused now because I don't like to report an exchange that they took my fund but in fact they processed my request and paid me. It took a few days, but my fund was not taken away from me. Anyway this exchange withdrawal system is super slow and done manual but they did mention that in their website. To be safe I will steer away from this exchange

Pay attention about fees! The withdraw fees table is not updated! Some example DOGE fee is 10 but the real is 100 , TRX/tron said 10 real is 500 and so on! If you have no deposit you can't know the real fee ... so that: KEEP OUT!

Always do your own research before registering specially for a new exchange and start depositing any amount of funds there and I'd even say totally avoid them over all at least until they get enough reviews and have some reputation to trust them with.
Finexbox is not exactly a new exchange, they've been around for a few years, but they are in a group of dodgy ones that hosted bunch of shitty IEOs, are ready to list just about anything that is willing to pay a fee, and don't care much about legitimacy of altcoin projects,, like Vindax, P2PB2B and similar.

Problem is when people get some shitty altcoins, and they have no place to sell them other than equally shitty and dodgy exchanges, and then you get problems like this. It can all be avoided if people simply stick to top altcoins, if BTC is not enough for them (I know it is for me).

With new exchanges it's always extremely risky since some of them can be a straight scam and some other ones are just shady and would freeze your funds for made up excuses and refuse withdrawal, ask for KYC while it was not required before and wasn't mentioned in the exchange TOS and many other issues that you can face along the way while using their exchange, also almost any kind of cloud mining is scam and cloud mining business is dead for years now and there is no long-term way of making cloud mining profitable for both owner of the platform and their investors.

Is it true? Few months back I had used this exchange to sell some of the GTX tokens that I had with me and everthing went fine. They are charging 0.1btc from projects to list the token in their exchange. Its a little difficult for me to believe that its scam. Can you provide any proof regarding your claim?

I wish I had seen this thread earlier. I deposited some altcoins here as some small projects had their coins / tokens listed here. Later I came to know that Finexbox is not processing deposits and withdrawals. Latest reviews on trustpilot and other crypto portals, omgaltcoin.com, cryptowisser.com suggest that they are not even sparing developers who had their projects listed there.

Glad that you had a small amount and at least your thread will help others avoid trusting them. As other wrote they have several accusations and complaints. You can always go after them and post on other sites against them but your amount doesnt justify the time. But dont forget to send them an email with a link to this thread.

There are so many reviews online if you had done a little search which point to Finexbox being a scam exchange. It's always important to do a little research about online services before using them because there are lots of scammers just waiting for any ignorant user to send them money.
Sorry for your loss but it should be a lesson.

Sorry for your loss, but do not rely on reviews on central sites, most of them are paid.
This platform is known to contain a lot of manipulation, No KYC, and more.
If you search using this forum you will find a lot of negative signals, to name a few:

 - Ridiculously large fake volume on FinexBox
 - is Finexbox safe and legit?

Before using any platform, search in this forum (on any decentralization forums.) If you can not find an answer, ask your question.

I tried to find some review about this exchange and seems like all of them are from those ICO listing sites and guess what; there are no worry mention in those reviews. It's sad that those review websites simply does not care about the crypto users. They just take money and put the stuffs their employer wants.

See:
https://www.cryptowisser.com/exchange/finexbox/
https://www.cointelligence.com/exchanges_list/finexbox/
https://coincodex.com/exchange/finexbox/

However, this is something I found in BitcoinTalk and it does not look good.
