It's basically a check saying "send 0.001 BTC from address A to address B" that's already signed and valid. So, anybody I gave the code to could broadcast the transaction and they wouldn't be able to change anything (it would invalidate the existing signatures). 57 seconds passed, and i hear blockchain.info's *beep* regarding this transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/0d8ab6318993f00fbb68d2b6b348f24fffef14fd67dfa2a28bdd37c1f62a4f5b

I'm pretty sure that was because everybody could be pushing everybody else's transactions to the network. Not much of an improvement from our current system
