Since nothing is showing on the thread opening topic, i think it would be better for MOD to lock this thread.

THIS IS A SCAM.

I bought 20 silver eagles using bitcoin precisely 6 days ago, and I didn't get any kind of confirmation email. I thought that was strange, so I proceeded to email the shop several times in the above mentioned period. I didn't get any kind of response. In my last email, I asked him to either ship the product or refund me. No response at that point either.

The price did seem too good to be true (around $13.5 a piece), but I decided to take a chance anyway, which turned out to be a mistake.

DO NOT SEND YOUR BITCOINS TO THIS GUY.
I recommend you to create a thread in Scam Accusations to warn other people

Just did that. Thanks for the tip.

Does anybody know a decent escrow service?
There are a number of people who offer their escrow services on the forum. I might suggest taking a look at this thread as a good starting point to find someone offering their escrow services.

Are you accepting escrow? You are very new here, and your company is clearly not established, so people naturally will, and should be hesitant to send money to you directly prior to receiving their gold.

I may have to look into alternative payment options to include escrow but for now all we have is ChainPay.
Who supplies your company with their gold and how much do you happen to have in stock and available for instant sale? What nation are you selling from in Europe?

We buy our stock in bulk from several wholesale dealers around Europe. Our products are stored and shipped from a warehouse in Germany. All products on our website are currently in stock and ready for shipment. Our head office is based in Swords, Co. Dublin. Company registered number 499247.
