For the S9 where the firmware upgrade is not working:
Below are the links to the previous firmware versions. Please select the link that corresponds to your machine's default frequency.
CAUTION: This firmware is only valid for machines purchased prior to October 1, 2016. Using the firmware on machines purchased after that date (Batch 16, 17 and higher) will cause the machine to malfunction and void the warranty.
These links are for your use only. Do not share with anyone else. We need to confirm each request to ensure that the customer is getting the correct firmware.
