Hello mates.
I want to know all the oldest exchange sites of bitcoun as i had a huge amount of bitcoin in 2010 and forgot the site. Can anyone help me out just to find the site. Also can i get the amount back if the site is closed?
I had about 1000+ bitcoin in that account, that time the price for bitcoin was nothing. I just purchased some bitcoins there and forgot about it. But i now remember about it, i just want to know the site. Can anyone help?
Really sucks to loose that much coin but then hope you were in a comma to remember this six years after saving everything. As far as i know none of the sites that were operating cease to exist now,you can just forget about recovering it,never save anything of value in a web wallet or exchange, always use your own wallets.

lot guys but im not able to find that.
Almost each old bitcoin exchange market is closed down. I dont know how can just they close the markets with all coins?? If by chance i get these 1000+ bitcoins i will be a millinior. That time i purchase bitcoin at 0.39$ or somewhat like this. The owner of MTGOX was arrested for some reason and the site was seized. I dont think i can get them by any chance now Sad
Anyways thanks a lot for your help.

surely you will be a millionaire but before this, you need to remember the site with your login and password to enter into your account and i think you need to check and make sure that the website is still exist until now. i only hope that you can access your account so you can have your bitcoin. i think you are very lucky because you've buy bitcoin when the price is cheap so you can buy with a lot of bitcoin and now you can sell your bitcoin to make big cash.

Even if you find out the site it doesn't mean that you will be able to sign in your account there. 7 years passed! Who knows what kind of politic they have in the case of the forgotten logins and passwords, or maybe they just remove not active accounts in several years? I really don't know, but I wish you tans of luck, cause 10k BTC is really huge money today!

An overwhelming amount of exchanges that operated in 2010 are now defunct.
Check out this list here: https://bravenewcoin.com/news/36-bitcoin-exchanges-that-are-no-longer-with-us/ and see if it was one of them, however you most likely won't be able to retrieve your Bitcoins back.
Sorry for your loss OP, 1000 BTC are now worth $2.5M

How could they close and go away with people's coins and money? this is another reason why you should never trust any exchanges for long term

Holding or whatever, I really doubt if they give your coins back, probably the same losers dumped in 2013 all those coins and grabbed a few

Millions in the process, however OP I will pray for you to manage to find and retrieve your coins God willing, hopefully after you were successful don't forget me.

Nope it was not Mt Gox. The name was NewLibertyStandard, and it was established in 2009. Unfortunately, due to some issues that site closed down in 2010. You can find the historic exchange rates here:

it most probably is Mt Gox that you are looking for because by that time the biggest and most famous exchange was that.

but there were also Bitcoin Market which started in February 6th, 2010 and lasted till 2011 and also there was Bitcoin-Central was in December 29, 2010

i can't find any more but i found this link which may be helpful to your memory: https://bravenewcoin.com/news/36-bitcoin-exchanges-that-are-no-longer-with-us/
