Hello,

I've never purchased from Gawminers.  But I did this weekend.   I went ahead and dropped $100 on a Hashlet to try it out.
It's been four days, and my order still shows as unfulfilled.  I put in a support ticket, and I haven't received a response yet.
I tried to go to their community: community.gawminers.com, which looks like a redirect to www.hashtrader.com, and it's down.

I know people purchase from them. Is this experience common, or did I hit bad luck?

Thanks!

their support team are really slow when it comes to fixing customer problem; my friend have deposited 0.5 BTC on zencloud the other day and its been 2 days and have not been credited; if i only heard of this the first day i shouldnt have deposit around 0.132 BTC in zencloud too, and yes seems posting in hashtalk is no help and i have filed support ticket and its no help too... coz my deposit today is not been credited and it's almost 8 hours have passed;

edit:
2 hours after mailing the staff referred by Gaw_Amber  i received the funds

Don't you think it's time for you two lovebirds to get a room? How the fuck all this nonsense is helping the OP with his/her problem?

For OP if you are still having the problem, or for whoever else may have similar issues:

Send a PM to GAW_Amber https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/gawamber-347151 or register on hashtalk.org and PM there https://hashtalk.org/user/gaw_amber

If that doesn't help make a public post on hashtalk or here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/gaw-miners-scryptsha256-miners-and-hashlet-cloud-independent-feedback-thread-537912

They seem to respond to public complaints fairly quickly.

I got scammed out of $15,000 by them and now they're running an obvious ponzi scheme, I'd avoid them at all costs!
Would you stop lying troll? You were never a client of GAW and failed to provide any proof of sending money to them.

He has a number of account on this forum and repeats the same lies in every topic.

Above isn't true and he is trying to play detective.
He is being paid by GAW to support them and defend them, GAW is known to pay people off to defend them, just google it.

Exactly as I said - he doesn't even try to prove he was a client of GAW. All he wrote in his first post is a bullshit.

I will pay people on here .1 BTC each to put a scam trust report on your member account for trying to scam people into thinking Gawminers is legit when they clearly aren't.
I'm going to crush your account, good luck starting from new!
I'll make a copy of this post and we'll see what moderators have to say about it.

i bought a physical miner from them a while back and 3 hashlets before there were solo and primes. I had no problems at all. you should try hashtalk.org since that seems to be where the bulk of gaw is

I have nothing good to say about GAWMiners. I am still waiting after 3 months for an email from them explaining why they charged my credit card twice and why they would send a mining device with absolutely no support or information on getting started.

Seems to be a common experience over the past week. Have you tried contacting GAW_Amanda (not sure of the exact username) here on the forums?
