Right now CCminer mining Lux

I use CCminer for Lux, Zclassic and Verge
ZEC Miner for ZCash
and Enenmy Miner for Raven and Motion

There's a little difference on using same GPU model but different manufacturer like gigabyte rx570 and powercolor rx570 based on my experience the gigabyte is more cooler and powercolor is more hotter than gigabyte, for hashrate I think it gives you the same performance but sometimes the hotter one is not giving you stable hashing and the cooler gives you more hashrate when you pushing it to higher performance.

Every brand have a different cooling system. My R9 rig (290 + 290X), My another R9 rig (390 + 390X), Built with several brands (MSI, Gigabyte, Sapphire, XFX, ASUS).

Based on my experience Gigabyte (even with a triple-fan solution -WINDFORCE) and MSI prone overheat. The other three (Sapphire, XFX, ASUS) running more cooler.

That also happened to my RX series rigs. Then I build DIY cooling systems to handle it, and that's not a big deal now.

Nicehash 2 doesn't recognize the 560ti.  Maybe legacy NH would, but I haven't tried.

As for OC'ing, I am doing it to lower the temps and help hash rates.  The PNY runs stock at like 82, with afterburner I have it down to 72.  The EVGA runs at about 65 down from 75, both at 85 PL, +125 Core, and +600 MEM.

Nicehash and PHI algo I use stock settings because the hash rate is horrible if I try to change it and it jacks the fans way up.

They moved it over.  I am new to BCT so I know now..  Won't happen again.

Next rig I will have to get a mining motherboard to replace this one.  I can get at least 6 cards on this frame.

I didn't even realize we were in the Bitcoin section of the mining world. That is my mistake for not realizing sooner. I believe OP can move the thread themselves, though. Just move it to Alt-coin Mining, I believe you can do so at the bottom left hand part of the thread. We are indeed numbnuts.

Unless, OP are you mining Bitcoins with those GPUs?

Afterburner doesn't like older cards, from what I can tell. They weren't made to work together.

The only coin you need to mine is ZEC. The old "When life gives you lemons" cliche; sometimes you have to do what works. It might be earning comparatively little, but if it is still profitably mining, then it is not useless. I once thought my laptop mining was useless, so I stopped, but if I had just left it running and held onto the coin until today I would've earned thousands of dollars a day from a beaten up laptop. I know there are some distinguished and reputable miners that stand by exclusively mining ZEC, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Have you attempted to use NiceHash? They're software is pretty compatible with most cards, would be surprised if the 560ti doesn't work.

It sounds like it is already working properly, but you don't like how it is working. Oh, but I would suggest that you don't OC cards unless you are willing to part with them sooner than later. I treat my cards with respect and never push their temperatures high or TDP. I'd rather not have to deal with a broken card, because that cost time and money.

SHAMELESS SELF-PLUG : If you're interested in getting another card for your rig, I have a 980TI up for raffle. Not sure what your coin situation is, but it's a great opportunity to get a relatively high-end card for next to nothing.

The only miner and coin I have been able to mine with the 560ti was Zcash on the ZEC miner.  Everything else i try, miners etc all throw errors with that card installed.  I believe it might be because I use the newest versions of all the mining software.  On Zcash it mined nothing compared to the 1070ti.

If it is worth it, what do you recommend I do to get it working properly and for what miner or coin etc?

Also, Afterburner recognized the card but would not let me change any settings to OC it.

That is absolutely adorable. I recently got into mining myself. I used to mine on a crappy laptop back years ago and until about 6-months ago that was my only experience with mining. Then I started mining with the 980TI that I already had, which got me motivated to grow my mining operation larger. 1070ti's were a consideration of mine, but ultimately I decided on a pair of 1080TIs as my next addition. Keep growing, keep upgrading and always be looking for opportunities.

If you don't mind me asking, why is the 560ti "useless"? Is it mining at a loss? You say you replaced it, but have you gotten rid of the 560ti? I might be interested in buying it off you, if not.

Different manufacturers produce different quality results. EVGA is top-notch, and when I saw the differences between low-end manufacturers and top-notch temperatures/longevity it is an easy call.

Link above is to my very first mining rig with 1 of the PNY 1070ti cards and a 560ti which was useless.  I have since replaced the 560ti with a EVGA 1070ti and will update the link soon.

The EVGA runs alot cooler than the PNY.  Is this just manufacturer specs?  Or maybe I have a lemon card?
