Agreed, with only one S9 you will not be getting daily payouts, regardless of what pool you mine with. So it makes sense to mine with whichever pool has the lowest fee. CKpool has no fee, kano has a 0.9% fee and slushpool has a 2% fee.

Slush wont payout multiple times a day but will find blocks multiple times a day one s9 you might get a payout without added fee in addition to the 2% taken out in 2 weeks. I would recommend ckpool.org myself but payouts are will be slower closer to a month but zero fees.

First time/Small miner reference for getting started.

There's a small write-up at the bottom of that thread about selecting a pool.

You seem to be on the right track by mentioning slush, as it does pay the transaction fees to the miners. Depending on the network that can make up a significant portion of your rewards.

Like I said I mine at kano, slush is just larger and will provide multiple small payouts a day. You could also check out CK pool.

All in all you have to decide for yourself. I'd say read the OP on kano and CK, then ask questions in those threads; slush is pretty straightforward but feel free to ask there as well. Most people that mine at either pool are able to answer questions, and the Pool operators monitor and respond as well. Good luck.

Thanks. I've been reading the "pools" section.
Lots of options!
I was just wondering if ppl had recommendations for the best pool for someone starting out with one s9.
Might be better than me guessing at one.
Kano looks pretty good. Slush also might be one.

You were pretty close to the info you're looking for.

This is the "pools" board. There are support/community threads for the various pools operating. Depending on what you need/want out of a pool is up to you. I mine with kano personally.

Hello all.
Wow, pretty dead around here these days. Sad.

Anyways. Just bought my first s9 13.5. I just have one for now and am wondering what pool you think will get me the best results?
There seem to be a lot of choices and it's a bit confusing.

Thanks in advance and here's hoping 2019 is a good btc year!
