1) Read the forum as there is indeed lots of important information. But it takes a lot of time to find it from all these shitty things.

Those sticky threads and bitcoin wiki are great place to begin with. Smiley

If you are interested in investment buy bitcoins at low price and sell at high price.

Holy crap, is that how you make money!?!?!?!?!?

lol, you are guaranteed to make money with that (if you really can buy low sell high). Tongue

It seems like you got a general sense of what to do.

But just keep in mind outside from making bitcoin, you brush up on basics that most people overlook.

Esp when someone loses 150 btc or some crazy large amount was sent to an old wallet address.

Or lets say backing up a wallet.dat file not being uploaded, and cant find their balance.

First enter into the Newbie lottery and go get some Bitcoin dust at some faucets and free sites:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/free-bitcoin-sites-90718

After that, decide if you want to provide a service, sell goods, mine, or trade Bitcoins.

Then once you've reached "Member" level after several weeks here, you can try out for one of the Signature campaigns and get paid in Bitcoins for posting.

Welcome to the forum.

IMO, you can buy some coins and wait for higher price  or you can mine altcoins with a good perspective and than change it to BTC

The next step is to get some bitcoins.

The easiest way is to buy them. Preferably at a exchange or via localbitcoins. It takes more time to transfer money to an exchange, however, you'll get more bitcoins for your money there.

Another way is to earn them. There are always some bounties for stuff that has to be done in the Service sub-forum. Or you could get some micro-bitcoins from faucets. That won't earn you much though!
