Thanks for info.  I checked them out but can not really frame them.  Kind of mystery but searching through Internet data it seems safe to say that I am the first US certified chocolatier taking BitCoins!

Have you looked into/seen CoinKite and their upcoming system for merchants utilizing Bitcoin?  Really neat hardware they have in development.

I guess it depends on your definitions, but http://www.statelesssweets.com/ has been accepting bitcoin for a while. If you consider them a chocolatier or not is up to you  but I am a fan of theirs. Hopefully I can soon try yours and become a fan too.
