I think bitjob.io has a similar model described in their whitepaper but they're only targeting students.

I don't believe blockchain tech wil deem fit for Fiverr many tokens will have today lack vision & purpose behind it creation

yes i agreed,the thing is a website wont run for a long if they dont get any income from anything ads,fees,they wont survive if they are asking for donations only and not requiring fees.

that would be unnecessary because Fiverr can add a payment option like BTC so that fees are less.

Actually that is an awesome idea, the kind that I had pondered about earlier also and did not share with anyone as I wanted to develop something of the same sort. But due to lack of technical knowledge and financial issue I backed out.

I would guess that most of the people here know about Fiverr. Basically its a site that connects freelancers and people looking for their services. Would it not be possible to make a smart contract system with an EC-20 token that would facilitate this instead of the middleman taking half of the pot? Especially here in the cryptosphere I feel like there would be a lot of demand for these sorts of services where I could send a micropayment of crypto as the job gets done.
