Its still didnt work.. i think your os is infected in malware virus the best way that we can do is to use the hirens the complete repairing tool but you need a cd and burn it.. here the link that you can download the iso..

then after disinfect and clean with hirens open the hirens again and use the complete internet repair.. then restart.. try it again and feedback later...
