Try to reset the connection using command prompt make sure to elevate.

To remove all user-configured IPv6 settings and restore the IPv6 configuration of a computer to its default state, type the following command.
netsh interface ipv6 reset

doesnt work, im getting the following error message

C:\Windows\system32>netsh interface ipv6 reset
Reseting Echo Request, failed.
Access is denied.

There's no user specified settings to be reset.

In bottom corner click network setting , and if you see "x" sign no internet access click on it.
It will automatically solve your troubleshoot. The point is your ipv6 need to be reseted.

I need some help with my internet, my ipv6 connection is limited while my ipv4 is fine, only a few sites load and the ones that do load are slow, any suggestions?
I cant read most of the suggestions from a google search because the links wont open
The other computers in the house are working perfectly
What are your suggestions?

Are you using ipv6 to surfing in internet?
I think its not problem when your ipv6 have no connection if your ipv4 have an internet access.
Unless you are using ipv6 primarily.

1. Try to reset your wireless adapter, or update your wireless driver.
2. Dont forget to activate windows defender

Try this one if cant acccess on some website goto here is just a gylpe or proxy
Go here kproxy.com then copy paste this link "PMed"
Download it extract the zip file then open winsockrepair click oneclick repair then after finish click tcp/ip reset  after that click repair winsocks after you done it all click reboot and test it again... feedback later after you do it...

Even tho your intentions may be the best, i still advise OP  not to click on unknown link you sent, or even worse open any software the link contains.
Security 1:1 guys, you're smarter than this.
I opened and ran it, its not a virus but it didnt work, if it turns out to be a virus i'll just restore to a point before install
Its still didnt work.. i think your os is infected in malware virus the best way that we can do is to use the hirens the complete repairing tool but you need a cd and burn it.. here the link that you can download the iso.. http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd
This hirens can remove all your threats via boot mini xp os from hirens...
Here's the video how to disinfect your pc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBn9a6oDpBE
Then you can also try the anti virus {dos command} avira(avast) inside that tool and scan your files select either clean or delete the file.. i think i recommend to fix or clean the file than delete because it can delete also system files if detected...
then after disinfect and clean with hirens open the hirens again and use the complete internet repair.. then restart.. try it again and feedback later...

I use the hirens many times in any laptop and desktop here in my shop so it can help you to fix your internet issue.. You can also download the premium of hirens with complete installers and repair tookit... but its large file and you can only download it on torrent...

Reset Winsock

To reset Winsock in Windows 10 / 8 / 7, open CMD as admin, type the following and hit Enter.

netsh winsock reset

If you are using IPv4, type netsh int ipv4 reset and hit Enter. If you use ipv6, type netsh int ipv6 reset and hit Enter.

If you'd like to generate a log file of the changes, append a logfile path to the above command, eg. netsh winsock reset c:\winsocklog.txt.

You will have to restart your computer.
