Hi.
I've been comparing these two options for a while, and in spite that I've tested both, I still can't make up my mind on which is better.
I even made some sort of experiment: I took one the same exchange (so that the initial conditions matched) and swopped BTC-to-ETH to see the difference.
(If that matters - I tested via changelly cause there are the floating rates on the web and fixed rates on the mobile app).

Both times transaction speed was approximately the same (about 30mins- app, 45mins - web).
In case of absence fixed rate, there was a small difference in price, so I can't consider it as a way to fully manage the volatility.
But, again, there were no bumping or dumping, while I was testing it.

Guys, I need your opinion (or just vote above).
Could you please tell me do you prefer fixed or floating rates? Why?
