I find this very confusing. It's not like he was shooting up drugs at work or doing something illegal that would require a reaction of arrest in my opinion. However, using the state cpu and energy for other reasons than work-related can make a case for work disciplinary actions but arrest like if mining crypto was some sort of crime?

Do you agree with the potential charge/charges?
