Double spending tool? Never heard any core dev to develop such a thing. @loyceV you know anything about this?
Just dropping in without knowing the context: I've used Bitcoin Core in the past to double spend a transaction with 0 fee that was still stuck after 2 weeks. Double spending isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there's a reason you shouldn't except a transaction without confirmations either: it's not guaranteed to confirm!
For normal Bitcoin use, you shouldn't need to double spend anything. If the fee is too low, use RBF or CPFP.

Needless to say: I wouldn't trust anyone who even suggests to use "a tool" for this.

Need PR/CMC & CG? TG @The_Cryptovator

did you test it and is sure a scam or have any proof ?
You are cheating with someone by double spending, so it's a scam.

My service is up&running so I have a simple question: ... did you test it and is sure a scam or have any proof ?
Also my post is from January 10,2019. Is there anywhere a single man who said I scammed him ?

Nobody claiming to be scammed is not a proof that your site is not a scam. It takes someone to start it. Cheesy

If any other DT members have anything to say against my flag, they are welcome to comment here.

The profile being discussed is - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/parfumatul-2393134
As per these threads,
1. How to win 100% at wixiplay.io Archived - http://archive.is/riMgw#selection-519.4-527.53
User talks about depositing money on another site to get it into the deposit of wixiplay.

2. Fomero.com >> Leading Double-spend tool for blockchain-related projects in 2019 Archived - http://archive.ph/lVdWk

Again here that site is being talked about.

User evaded the question about the site controlling private keys from both the person who is depositing and the owner of the site (user in question) - making it very likely to be a scam site:
http://archive.ph/lVdWk#selection-4197.0-4199.144

I consider the user to be not one who is trustworthy and thus I will raise a newbie/type-1 flag and use this thread as reference. Feel free to support or oppose this flag as you deem fit.

Update 22/01/2020
New alt - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fomero-2749949
The user being accused is found to have created a new account as per posting habits of the same site - Archived http://archive.is/GB3jY
Hence this user is also being given a negative trust. Thanks @Coolcryptovator
