Fair enough, but we probably won't need to get users to provide full KYC and there will be at least a months notice before it comes into affect.

This is completely understandable; but you just need to make it completely clear to your users than KYC isn't required temporarily. Probably a visible separate short article for more information on KYC/AML would suffice.

Working on it!

How do you mean to good to be true? We are holding off the KYC part for now until we are a registered business.

I wouldn't do that to be honest. Promising that you don't require KYC and then requiring KYC after some time is quite a crappy move. You might want to be more clearer and be more specific on this part, unless you want your customers to hate you. This has happened to a good number of exchanges in the past these exchanges did get a lot of hate.

Fair enough, but we probably won't need to get users to provide full KYC and there will be at least a months notice before it comes into affect. During this time deposit/withdrawal and trading will continue as usual. We don't want to lock users funds behind KYC after saying it's not required, because yeah, that's a dick move.

I like the exchange but I don't understand the -100% trading volume and there needs to be more listings like ZNN and MTA.

Fair enough, we do need a little more volume for these readings to be accurate.

The UI/UX seems smooth and pretty snappy. I like it.

There's something about these two that seems too good to be true though:

How do you mean to good to be true? We are holding off the KYC part for now until we are a registered business.

1. UX: I can't scroll using the mouse wheel for some reason, and there is also no way to do it manually since there is no scroll bar either.
2. I've checked ~800 words of your terms of service, and it appears that 42% of it is plagiarized. Definitely not a good way to start a business.
3. Regarding the "Forbidden use" article:

Quote
By accessing and using the Services, you agree not to be on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions List, designated in OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department) as a "Specially Designated Individual," or listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce "Denied Persons List"

You shouldn't expect the average user to know about these lists. It would be better if you could list the countries directly.

I also agree with mk4 regarding the KYC part. How can you provide such a service without the need of verifying a user's identity?

1. Really? Works perfectly on all the devices I have tried.
2. What service did you use to find this?
3. Really good point actually, I'm on it

It seems that the Flamecoin Pool link isn't working.

Aside from doing some revision on your Terms and Services due to plagiarism. It is also important to add what are the Frequently Ask Question, About Us or whether you are adding KYC or not.

There is no longer a pool, the link there must be still cached in CloudFlare, I'll remove it.

Where's the about page that tells your users of the whole exchange, who owns it, and where your business located, or if your website is even registered as a business?

The footer tells the site came from Premium LLC, so far there's no info of the premium LLC to be a crypto-related company just an insurance company, maybe you can tell us more?

https://t.me/flameexchange

there are 20 468 members, but I only see your bot posting comments and I haven't seen even one member of your Telegram channel make any comments

I'll start with:

Who is the owner of the exchange?

I know that with this ideology: " cryptocurrencies are good because they have the advantages of being decentralized and anonymous " so asking about who Is the owner of an exchange has become an irritating question for many people. But the history in the last 2 years has clearly shown us that not everything must be anonymous, especially exchanges.

Imagine that you run away with people's money or that your exchange is targeted by hackers as your customers will be sure that their money will be returned or that you will not run away with their money if you are anonymous and not even a physical office do you have?
