CLEAN non GPL infringing code made in Rust lang
If you are going to physically do it to each control board one by one, you might as well use the new sd install image which installs it directly without user intervention (just wait for the leds to blink).

This doesn't even need network.

You are correct about powering the control board with anything. I myself use a minuscule psu from a cheap usb to sata adapter, which has a molex meant for hard drives, and a molex to pcie power adapter from a gpu.

Block halving is coming.
If you bulk flashing yes bos-toolbox is the best option to flash a large number of miners but if some of the miners can't flash you can use SD card flashing for some of the miner's that don't work on bos-toolbox(It's for alternative and flash them one by one with sd card).

About powering your miners with a different PSU I think it's more expensive if you buy another PSU and recommended PSU for Antminer I think is around 1950w PSU as long as it can handle the miner for 24/7 and can handle 100A-140a output.

I think if you want cheaper just buy apw3 from here https://www.zeusbtc.com/asic-miner-repair/Antminer-Parts/Power-Supply/
This PSU on Amazon is very expensive I think due to Bitcoin price increased but you can try contact or use the link above they are selling cheaper compared to Amazon.

I need to flash Braiins OS+ on 35 Antminers from my house. I am trying to figure out what equipment I will be needing and if it will be possible without actually running the miners.

Powering:
I don't think I will be able to run an Antminer PSU at my house so I am wondering if I will be able to power just the control board of each miner with any PC power supply that has 6 pin PCI-e ports coming from it. Please let me know if this will work and if there are any better/cheaper alternatives here.

Flashing:
Since I most likely don't have the network infrastructure with a switch and several ethernet ports to flash them in bulk, I am stuck flashing one miner at a time by plugging it into an open port on my router. I think alternatively, I could use an SD card, but from what I understand it is best to just use bos-toolbox through the LAN connection.
