Having read the back and forth on this Flip.gg issue here, I think it will be better to summon the casino if anyone knows the handle to its customer care or an active SM handle where they can be expediently reached. OP, I understand your plight and I know how annoying that situation can be. Let me play the devil's advocate here by assuming that by any chance flip.gg has a modus operadi of moving  referrals to a different section of their site once they make deposit? Have you ransacked the site to check if they actually moved your referral that way and that it wasn't a deletion?

Flip.gg is not on this forum, they don't have any ANN, as well as --far as I know-- any account or community manager that can represent on their behalf. So there's no way to summon them. If they're here, I'll be more than happy to bring this matter to their awareness and invite them to address this issue.

But what about gamblers? Are they safe? Do you have other thought about their other features? The fairness of their gambling game, the deposit and withdrawal procedure, any other thing that might help us, from your long standing reputation here?
It's all about morals. If they can manipulate their affiliate partner, they can for sure be unfair to their gamblers as we can see most casinos force KYC when they win big. As long as you are losing money, casinos won't have a problem with you LOL.

Okay sherlock, how about you move your eyes a few posts above and read what I wrote.

I DONT KNOW THE USERNAME OF THE REFERRAL SINCE I DONT SCREENSHOT MY REFERRALS EVERYDAY

I also have a very long reputation here. I dont need to spread a bad word about a unkown casino.

If you can't put 1:1 together here, you might aswell find it to be unfair for the scammers............
Can't blame you for that, you most likely didnt referred a single user anywhere yet so you really can't relate.

I am sure eternad simply has the best interest at his heart to understand more about the situation and see things from different angles, to find out if this is a simple misunderstanding or flip.gg indeed cheated you, and if possible, to see the length of things they'll do to solve/ignore things. Flip.gg is not here on the forum, so they can't defend themselves or give their side of story. But, as you're very sure on this matter, and as you're the expert on referral system due to your very long reputation here, and your purpose here is not to accuse them and get settled with a solution but rather to,

[...]
I am not here to discuss anything else with them since I know they made a wrong decision. They do not even need to try to convince me that it was a mistake.
[...]

then let's take your word for it. Let it be noted that flip.gg might cheated their referral partners by deleting refereed users from their list. Thus, not a good platform for referral earners.

But what about gamblers? Are they safe? Do you have other thought about their other features? The fairness of their gambling game, the deposit and withdrawal procedure, any other thing that might help us, from your long standing reputation here?

^Do you contact already the admin with this issue? Can you share what’s their response to your case?

It’s very hard to believe on accusation without proof if your goal here is to warn members to avoid the casino. It’s like your proof is “trust me bro” or something to believe you. I hope you can picture out what’s your thread look like on the PoV of users that doesn’t  know exactly what you experienced. I understand how you feel but proof is the number one requirements here for an accusation to become validated.

Sorry for your loss. Just stay away on this casino. Web3 casino sometimes do shady things in referrals just like what Betfury did to one of forum member here.

I contacted them in Discord, they asked for the username which I dont have and they've "tried" to take a look at it after which I left the Discord and removed Flip.gg from my websites.
I am not here to discuss anything else with them since I know they made a wrong decision. You don't need to take my word serious,
I simply want to warn anyone here advertising for the platform.
It will most likely happen to you aswell as soon as you invite someone who starts playing.
I don’t understand how can they help you if you didn’t provide what they are asking to determine the problem to your account?

They are trying to help you and you are the one who voluntarily leave them while they are “trying” to help you despite you can’t provide username.

You are trying to warn other user here on an incident that is not proven. This is unfair to the Flip.gg side if you want us to believe in you immediately. Forum doesn't work this way because there's a lot of scam accusation here against other casino that doesn't have proof too. Believing you means we should believe too on other user narrative for their "bad experience" in the casino.

Its a brand new casino (hence why it hurt the admin when I won 500$)
You can't delete your account as a user (thats why they had to delete him from my referrals manually)
You can't violate the site terms other then referring yourself.

Its a clear case and you don't need to believe me.
I simply want to let people know what my experience with them was so in future people might find this topic when they had the same issue.

As I've said I am a longterm advertiser for all kind of crypto casinos and I made 6 figures from affiliate commission so far.
I got special deals with most of them, meaning I get more commission then a normal user would due to my referral numbers.

The balant scam by deleting a referral who deposited is explained pretty simple:

- I deposited 100$ on flip.gg to test the website (As I do with every website I list) and actually won 500$, was able to withdraw immidiately.
- The referral who deposited came 2 days later and gave me ~3$ of commission from his 6000$ wager.
- The admin of flip.gg then decided to delete that referral due to my winning earlier.

I think that is the exact reason why the referral was deleted. The admin felt some kind of unfairness by me winning and collecting commission at the same time.

The script they use doesn't have any mechanic nor detection of anything suspicious, hence why I dont think its a rule violation thing.
You basically don't have any rules and there are no sportbets which can be abused of some sort, so you really cant violate anything.

I even know the developer of the script and I've talked to him aswell.

The only reason would be if the referral was me myself and I was giving myself commission.

They had to open the database, search for my referrals and delete them manually from my affiliates.

After all this I am not able to trust Flip.gg anymore - How can I know they not simply delete referrals from me again in the future?
I simply can't. You have to have some sort of trust with the platform you advertise for.
Thats why I also want to warn anyone else to not put any effort, time or money for advertisement into the platform mentioned above.

How likely is it --or have you consider the possibility of-- one referral of yours requested data removal and to delete their account from their platform, and thus also removed them from your referral list?
It may be a convincing reason, and I also believe that if that account was banned for violating the terms of use, and this removal was before you were paid, it will be removed from your Referral balance. As long as the user gets paid for 12 Rerferrals and gets a new Rerferral, it is related to the referral account, not his account, or that the platform is scam.

In general, I hope that we will get a detailed answer from him. It seems from his last reply that he is an expert in rerferrals, and therefore this case may be more complicated than we imagine but this is still far fro scamming according to current information.

I barely active on referral earnings, but doesn't the list contain how much you earned from who?
You're right, a completely transparent platform for referral program will provide a list of earnings per referral. On the other hand they have a series of eligibility requirements for you to get the referral bonus. I only fell on the suspicion that the OP's case was caused by a violation or ban on the referral side.
If the OP wants to investigate further, the first question should be put to the deleted referral about "what happened to his account" instead of blaming the casino first.

I guess no. OP probably knows the player personally; otherwise, how would they know the amount that gambler played.
Does a casino really delete all the stuff if player asks? If they did, it's fine but I doubt.

I barely active on referral earnings, but doesn't the list contain how much you earned from who? And for deleting data, yes, there's a big likelyhood that they have to keep data [at least for several months after request of removal] once requested, but the removal from referral earning list should reflect immediately. After all, the user can and will no longer play.

Its kinda hard to proof since the referral is now gone and I honestly don't screenshot my referrals every day..

It cannot be considered evidence, it only increases your credibility but it is difficult to rely on it, but why leave referral profits up to 13 cases, as long as you can withdraw up to 12 we cannot say that they are scammers but a shady business practice.
You should stop recommending them until the problem is resolved and take the initiative to withdraw your profits firsthand, because it may give an indication that what you are promoting is real or scam.

This is a shady business practice and it's certain that they aren't walking in the right path. Why did you bother promoting them when there are far better casinos out there? Had they offered anything special? Thank you for sharing this; great that there weren't a lot of referrals you had.

Can't say anything else because I believe that you are the rightful person to know what's wrong and to what wrong calculation they have given you, but for me as a user here since you already know their actions for not being trusted then people should be mindful of associating with this site because something unusual could still happen to them by directly involving to the site.
There's no need to share screenshots for this accusation. BTW, what screenshot or proof you are looking at? Who would have thought that a casino would delete a referral; it's not the first time though.
Nevertheless, Stakefast is a quite known guy in the Gambling section & I have no problem trusting him here in this case.

Sometimes accusing someone and website without a solid evidence doesn't show a good report of what you are saying.
I would prefer you had a total record of what happened and how it went with a solid screenshot to prove what you are saying are all correct, or let say you were the one who made this mistake by not counting your referred users correctly rather i can take it to be 11 total ref before and then last person registered to make 12 but you could mistakenly think to be a total of 13 ref users instead of 12 ref.

The truth of matter is that, do not quickly jump into reporting anyone for scamming you without any solid evidence.

I got quite the reputation for advertising crypto casinos, I have several threads here advertising my websites and I even advertised their casino here at one point aswell as on twitter.
Its kinda hard to proof since the referral is now gone and I honestly don't screenshot my referrals every day..

I have no reason to acuse anyone for anything for any good reason as I advertise for a lot of crypto casinos since 2017 and gathered over 400,000 referrals since then.
I just started to advertise, thats the whole joke of it is - if you think about years to come with referrals there is so much more money to make... but they choose to steal the 1 depositor of my referrals... its so stupid.

Here is the bitcointalk post we made for them (we also did a twitter giveaway which I deleted already)

I never knew there was some kind of referral system active on this web3 casino since there is no means of registration rather than the user being required to connect to the Casino using their preferred wallet under the supported chain, so on such a process, how do you even generate some referral links and refer your friends to join using the referral link you provided?

If it was actually possible, then you can easily identify those you refer through block explorer, as there will be some valid transaction approval during their wager and withdrawal if they win of any kind, so you can contact their support and make sure to arrange all your valid proof that the said user actually registered and made some deposit.

There could also be some possibility that the system detected that you referred yourself and made the $5,000 deposit in order to get the referral benefit. I can recall a similar case where the accuser was a victim of trying to cheat the referral system but was cut off in the act, as such actions could also lead to the referral being removed from your list of successful invitees.

Hello,

I'd like to share my experience with the Website Flip.gg.

Its a solana based crypto casino where you can open cases and such.

I started to advertise for Flip.gg.
I collected a total of 13 Referrals within the first 3 weeks. One of them actually deposited and played a bit (~5000$)

Yesterday I was curious to see if there's any new referral but to my suprise I only had 12 Rerferrals left.
The one who deposited was deleted...

It means only one thing: The website is determed to fail.

Conclusion:

Do not advertise for Flip.gg, they will simply delete your good referrals.
