I have the same idea whinning around in my mind but its bit different. I can buy a home and keep it on rent. The second option being buy a store and install some sporty stuffs out there. This will help people enjoy and let us earn some quick money !

The best way to offer your service is to create a website or fanpage where people can access some sample of your works from there you can also post your service fee and testimonials from past and present clients
