Did you try to contact them? I have found this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/flowbitcoin-minute-faucet-but-pending-so-wait-1356827 and as i can see faucet is not paying. Anyway, if you want to use faucets, use trusted faucets only. Do some research here in micro earnings, there are lots of topics with best faucets.
If a there is a faucet with threshold and no thread on BitcoinTalk Forum you can think twice before start using it. If they really want to pay, why don't they pay directly to FaucetBox? It's a default faucet, complete captcha, get some satoshis, it's not a game or upgradeable faucet, so no reason to set minimum payout.

Unfortunately its an "eternal pending" scam..just like exahd.com and a few more sites from this admin. You can identify his scams by 2000 signup bonus+10000 refbonus 
Is everyone here who got paid on http://flowbitcoin.com,i made a minimum withdraw but at status says pending ,how long you waited?
