I think what OP meant to say is,
"why different accounts from the same IP are banned from registering/joining bounty"
simple answer is to protect the project from bounty abuser (one person with multiple accounts)

OP, it's impossible to understand your question. I rarely complain when users posting in broken English, because I still can understand what they are writting. But your text is just a some English words in random order.
Most of bounties doesn't allows to participate with multiple accounts. But they don't IP addresses of participants. They find multiple accounts when same ETH address/email/social media account is used more than one.
What you can do? First of all, don't try to join bounty with more than one account. If you're using only one account, then you may need to get new IP or use proxy.
Hope it helps, because I'm not sure that I understood you correctly. But if you're struggling to write in English, you can try to ask in local board.
P.S. This topic probably doesn't belongs to Meta.

following bounty with many accounts being banned
why has some accounts not been allowed to follow the same bounty because the ip that we use is the same. according to me, what do you think so too

I think you misunderstood the cause of whatever problem you seem to have which i do not clearly understand. but one thing for sure, the bounty managers can only stop you from participating in their campaign if they track your posts and conclude that you are doing it with multiple accounts or joining more than one campaign at the time , there are many ways and reasons but IP restriction is not one of them. there is no way that anybody except for the mods ( maybe not even all of them) to know your IP just from posting.

If you participated with many accounts on single or multiple accounts then you will never be banned, even hacked and bought accounts won't get banned, only they will get negative trust for cheating the bounty campaigns from DT members.

No manager can see the IP addy of this forum so they will never be able to find through same IP so the only reference for them is participating with same ethereum or bitcoin address.

Even alot of bounty manager consider following the same bounty with many accounts as account spamming well no one like that and not even the forum because most time the culprits engages in bumping the forum with spam post just to complete there post counts

I think more than 90% of bounty in 2017 is a scam or very low project quality. Such are their campaigns as well.
Campaign owners are not particularly interested to have a better quality of bounty program whose purpose should be advertising and promoting the project, not just a giving away tokens, which are worth nothing. AT the end of bounty, every participant can earn $1-$2 and only users those who participate with multi accounts can "earn" a slightly more amount under the condition that this token ever going to any exchange.

It’s not easy to follow your question, but the forum, as far as I’m aware, does not venture to act on IPs to perform profile vetting for campaigns. Perhaps the Campaign Manager you are talking about uses an external site for you to do your reporting (that would be a treat), and has decided to vet multiple participations from the same IP. If that is the case, that is his prerogative as he defines the rules of participation.

Edit: It is not permitted to participate with multiple accounts on the same campaign. How the Campaign Manager tries to ensure that differs from campaign to campaign, and more often than not, other users will advise the Campaign Manager if they find cases that try to bypass this rule.
