I'm laughing at the budget that Glazer and Ineos will give Ten Hag to overhaul its club and it was even less than 50 millions. Take a look at how the club is now only giving Ten Hag 44 million to overhaul his club. What a joke!!!!! The club has lost trust in him. Glazer and INEOS are not confident enough to give him a large budget.

People who expect Manchester United to perform better next season must be even more patient caused by manchester united will not able to perform better. I think that the fans are gonna baffling again soon as it takes years for Ten Hag to overhaul its club. Ten Hag must have sold all of its players first before attempting to replace them and this is gonna be the biggest obstacles for him. I suggest united fans not to put a lot of hopes for manchester united next season. Glad to see that MU will be stuck in the same place. I strongly believe united will be even worst than this time.

I guess PSG have actually spent a lot of money in recent years and they are also not being able to still recover from the fact that they had to let Mbappé go. that’s why they are currently targeting young players who can be bought for a little less money.

But anyway I think this investment could be very good for PSG. And it is also good to see that they are thinking about investing in young players instead of just buying the best players that they can get with huge amounts of money. Currently many top manager are free agent right now after reaching mutual contract with their previous team, currently Pochettino have reach mutual contract with Chelsea and I think better for Bayern Munich appointing him become the next manager than Vincent Kompany. Pochettino have been success with many top teams from Tottenham Hotspur, PSG and Chelsea until success build up The Blues last season with youth players dominance.

I think this will just put him into the spotlight and make it harder for him to avoid criticism though. I bet if Bayern draws or some players make dumb mistakes he'll take the blame too. If they're looking for a temporary manager, I believe he should not be the priority either given that he's still young and would need time to adapt and develop his tactical and man-management skills. I can imagine it will be harder if you need to manage players with big egos if you don't have any credentials in your pocket.

I think Vincent Kompany is a promising young manager. Maybe he didn't get good results with Burnley this season, but he had great success in the season when they got promoted from the Championship to the Premier League. In fact, I don't think his career will be enough for Bayern Munich, but he has worked with Guardiola, so I can't say he will fail at Bayern Munich.

I think it is just a rumor. Nothing special with Kompany, he even failed with Burnley this season. We can see that Burnley finished the season in relegation zone, they are removed from EPL. Kompany also has no experience to manage a team in Bundesliga. He doesn't know Bayern Munich at all. It doesn't make sense if he will be the coach of Bayern Munich in the next season. Sure, Bayern Munich needs a top coach. Zidane, Conte, Klopp are 3 candidates who will be suitable for Bayern Munich. Kompany still has no same level with those coaches. He needs to prove that he can manage some top teams firstly.

Since Xavi is again about to leave Barcelona there are some coaches who are all linked to Barcelona.
Even in the past during this season when Barcelona got bad results in some matches, Barcelona was about to get Xavi fired from this team and now it seems because of the bad relationship between Xavi and Laporta they want to stop working with Xavi and use another coach for the next season.
Hansi Flick is currently the closest one for Barcelona however there are some other options linked to this team like Roberto De Zerbi and even Tuchel.

This should have been either Klopp's or Arteta's. Manchester City flopped alot last season given how perfect their squad is and yeah its was expected that Manchester City would win the league again, the day Arsenal lost to Villa. The manager who has managed his team to win the league is the best manager, that's just a common measure to give an award. No one doubts his capability as a manager with a bunch of trophies collection throughout his career. However, he has privilege to have the best squad to execute his plans, tactics and strategies, he barely faces struggles to prepare his plan to enter the season.

In my opinion, the award of the best manager should be given to the manager who has the best progression with his team, or achieved more than expected. I think Unai Emery deserves it, he guided Aston Villa to finish at 4th position and secure the ticket to play in Champions League next season. With the squad he has at Aston Villa, Emery can be said as overachieve, while Guardiola with the league title is expected to achieve.     

We all know Bayern Munich is a big team in Bundesliga and Europa but i don't know why this season it is very difficult for them to find a new manager as the replacement of Tuchel because recently Bayern Munich has been rejected by at least 5 famous managers and indeed a bit surprised why Bayern Munich are considering want to hire Vincent Kompany as the new manager because Kompany track records in Burnley is very poor that during this season Burnley under Kompany only able to gets 5 wins from 38 matches and this makes them have to relegated to Championship division

But indeed before handle Burnley Kompany has been train Anderlecht for almost 3 years and he has done well at that team so maybe that's why Bayern Munich are still considering Kompany as young talented manager and they thinking possibility to hire him but Kompany is not the only candidate for Bayern Munich next manager because it says they have several names to be considered and Mauricio Pochettino also potential as the next manager of Bayern Munich because he also good manager and recently we all know Pochettino is not the manager of Chelsea anymore

I strongly disagree with you, I expect Pochettino to stay and wasn’t because of banter but because he to me was the perfect person for a long project. He carried the club from 10th to an European places. He might have gotten it hard in the first half of the season but he surely did great in the second half of the season with only Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool the clubs that have more points than him in this half of the season.

Signing another manager now will mean the manager needs time to also get to work which is a step backwards to me. Let’s take a look at Arsenal, they are now competing for the league in two consecutive seasons but you know that it was because of the patience that Arsenal had for him. He finished 8th in two seasons and still got to keep his job which to me was what Chelsea should have done

Pep Guardiola has been awarded as the premier league manager of the season after he was nominated alongside Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery, Andoni Iraola and Jurgen Klopp. Pep Guardiola is one manager I like so much because he is always full of energy and makes sure he wins a trophy for his club and his coaching skills is also admirable so he deserves the award after fighting a good fight and won at last. Congratulations to him on his well deserved award at least it isn't easy to win the premier league trophy 4 consecutive times so he really dida great job for Manchester City.

Truthfully, we all saw how these players fought for the manager and also defended him but then, who am I to tell them what to do? I've seen Vincent Kompany has been listed amongst the coaches mentioned to replaced Mauricio Pochetino. I agree with you, and also some of these players have been Injured since they was signed up for the club.

I don't even know who that is. But they should be careful who they bring in. Some of these dump fans are chanting for the return of Thomas Tuchel. I believe that's pure bullshit.

Bayern Munich in last season's matches had a less than stellar performance. This must be corrected immediately and perhaps by replacing some of the players above that you mentioned has the potential to improve Bayern Munich's performance condition. But Bayern Munich must add one attacking player or midfielder who can be used to penetrate the opponent's defense. Make sure they buy players who have above average skills.

I think Chelsea will keep Pochettino apparently now in internal talks several coaching candidates but indeed he wants to choose a young coach he said according to the news, this is really strange,,, but Chelsea wants the VfB coach as the main candidate but he still wants to be at VfB somehow Chelsea will spend a lot of money again.

That Chelsea has a lot of money it won't be crazy for him haha. even if you think about it with Pochettino's current situation it might be better for next season because he has started a pretty good journey even though his win rate is still low this season.
