I think this initiative is very good, in addition to the cards of the players it would be good to do something like the album of cards that are of the panini brand, but that is much better, that has legends of each player and the teams to which they have belonged, I think this is something that attracts a lot of attention and no doubt football fans will be more attentive.

Hi There!

I would like to introduce to you a campaign that we are going to publish on Tuesday, April 16 in Kickstarter to promote a football manager.

I expose it here because I would like to make bitcointalk participate in the project. As a user of bitcointalk, it would be a pride to feel that in part, has been a collaborative project and create a large community around bitcointalk. I'll get into this thread frequently and update it with all the new news.  Without further delay, I leave you a small summary, the link to the campaign and some conceptual art image of the video game.

Football Universe is a blockchain-based football manager videogame. You can buy and sell digital players using cryptocurrency on a web application, make them play matches against other users and compete in tournaments on a 2D style simulator.

It combines the idea of owning player cards in the same way the Ultimate Mode of FIFA does with a football manager experience where you are in charge of choosing a starting eleven and give team and player instructions (See more in the influences section).

Besides the novel idea, another important innovation in Football Universe is the use of Blockchain Technology to enable the manager to indeed legally own football digital players. This fact makes all the difference because the players you buy will never lose their value as they are never resetted, in contrast with what happens in the FIFA series, where you have to spend money every year to make a new team.
