I am a professional freelance web developer. I have worked in upwork for a while and at my peak have made around $3000 in a single month (a lot for a freelance developer). If anyone needs my services, just tell me what rates you are willing to pay and the specification. If you have trust >20, I will happy for you to pay after development. Otherwise, I would ideally like 25% beforehand or an escrow.
