hello all,
nice to join you all and i m very happy to be part of the platform today.

now i have some simple questions which i would you all to answer me;
1. for how long do we have to work to get paid in the platform
2. why does managers like holding down payments, probably they are trading with the hunters payment or the have squander peoples payment.
3. for how long do we have to wait before get listed in the trading platform
4. Do we have hold anyone responsible for not payment?
5. they Don't pay complete payment to bounty hunters?
6. Of all allocation 90 percent will be paid to the hunters while 10 percent will go to bounty manager; could it be that they are not getting paid for managing project or there payment is included to the pool?

well this is just my little experience and questions i have been asking my boss whose finally introduced me and he said wen i finally join i should ask here to get many answers from different users.

so you contribution will be greatly valued.
You will get paid at the end of the bounty campaigns and  in my past bounty campaign you will wait until 1-2 months before the distribution of the token. They hold the pay because the bounty hunter may cause price dump. You will get paid whole depends on your bounty stake that you earn, if there are many participants in the campaign and few bounty budget it's expect that you will only earn few.

This forum is all open for discussions so if you are asking about the incentive with bounties, you'll understand that it's about the management of the bounty and not with the forum's responsibility.

If the token you have earned isn't yet listed to an exchange, only the developers of that token can answer.

Who's your boss? so when you join a bounty there's someone that asked you to do so?

would share a link to the bounty thread to me?
You've got to look a bit from sections to sections of the forum because there's a designated section for bounties.

1) Over here, you don't get paid to post unless you join signature campaigns, which mainly have steep requirements; rank and post history. Bounty campaigns are another thing, which I think you could be referring to.
2) It's a wild west here, just like everywhere else so you'll come across bad apples. You have to do some research and check the feedback before committing to joining those bounty campaigns. Take note that the chances of getting bamboozled from signature campaigns are much lower, albeit not zero entirely.
3) Are you referring to the tokens you earn from bounties? Honestly speaking, there's no fixed deadline because the altcoins scene is pretty much dead, just like airdrops. Either the project dies or you get tokens that of meagre values. In other words, your $10 worth of tokens might be worth $1 or even lesser because of the exchange and withdraw fees on the platform. Also, liquidity might be very low or non-existent so there are way more sellers than buyers.
4) Usually the bounty managers are fully responsible and back to point #2, you must first trust before you proceed to join. Because scammers might not be from your country and it's hard to trace them even if they are.
5) Depends on their terms. Usually they have requirements before payments are released.
6) Not too sure as I've not joined any, but it's best to directly clarify with the bounty manager him/ herself
