As easy as it may sound, does that domain name worth $3000 ? If yes the lender should easily understand that he or she had purchased a new domain name.
On the contrary, the domain name even if it is to be accepted which I doubt could not offer beyond 0.005 btc because of the high risk involved.
Finally, such domain name is not considered as a valid collateral.

1) Domains aren't valid collateral because 99.999999% are worthless.
2) Evaluations of domain values are pure fantasy.
3) You're requesting 50% more than the fantasy value of your domain.
4) You admitted you want to sell the domain, which means this is a tricky sale disguised as a loan.
This has to be the stupidest attempt at a scam I've seen in a long while, but it's been mildly entertaining.

Not only arent they "valid collateral" for the guys in this forum - this domain is simply worth nothing! A real premium domain name, say "gambling.com" or something like that, would surely be considered collateral if they were transferred beforehand.
