You won't have to wait for VIAbtc to include your TX in one of their blocks, but you will "rebroadcast" the TX.
You must know that a TX is "forgoten" by the blockchain after 3 days if she is not confirmed, so when you get to that point, simply rebroadcast it as described in the link.
