this financial system cannot go on much longer. and I completely understand why BTC was created. In all honesty, it was absolutely genius. There is no better word to describe its creation.
As you stated it was absolutely genius, until all the big players took over a grand part of the ecosphere.
In all honesty Frank, I hope you will manage your financial situation, everything is changing around us, try to make the best out of it! But I must admit as an European speaking that the tides are indeed changing for the worse.
Making mistakes is what you make human, my phone was stolen this year and I lost quite a big part of my crypto assets (also by being a bit dumb...), was a perfect lesson for me, that's also the reason for my slight absence here. I'm just saying this to make you not feel too bad about your choices.

Yes very true; insurance costs are up, utilities are up, everything ...
classes are being transitioned and removed. the poor is now dying. the middle class is slowly becoming the poor. etc.

You’re not wrong. I’ve been sitting at the floor of the deep end of the pool drowning while everyone else swims with floats above me, for quite some time now (not yall, but I mean family who could help but doesn’t). Several years now.
I think back on how I spent 5 BTC for miners, received the miners, then sold them and paid bills for $8k. Literally makes me sick. Life could have been so different if I just moved that to a wallet and didn’t touch it. I am learning from so many of my mistakes 😔
