I have a slightly-used Kel-Tec Sub-2000 rifle. It is chambered in 9mm and accepts Glock-style magazines. I bought the rifle brand new and have fired about 200 rounds through it. The rifle has been kept in great condition is like new. It will come with 1x 10 round Glock magazine and 2x 16 round KCI magazines. Also included is a pouch that can hold 2 magazines. 1) You must be a resident of the state of Texas (Unless you are willing to pay more and find a federally licensed dealer in your area who will accept the transfer).
2) You must be at least 18 years old.
3) You must be able to legally own firearms. For example, you can not be a convicted Felon or have been adjudicated as mentally defective.
I reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual who I suspect does not meet one or more of the legal requirements for transferring this firearm.
