Lol, scams scams everywhere and not a scam to scam. Change the record EM, you can only cry wolf so many times before loosing all credibility. In case you not aware property purchases require legal documents, guess the solicitors are scammers to though.

Private whois on the domain, if this were legit it would have been announced in a big way before.
