Just want to remind to all buyers about the OP thread the account is not have potential Full member but just member. From that i see Next Potential Rank: Full Member Don't think that account have potential full member.
It has potential full member in 1 month or just a bit more if the activity is 80+ like the OP is suggesting, still the OP is asking a crazy price of 0.028 BTC with a very poor post quality. If the account have a very poor post quality than it is not worth buying or you will need quite a lot of time trying to bring it to good quality, it will cost you another 2-3 months as a minimum. Of course you can resell it later at a much higher price when quality has improved and rank has gone up also. For patient people this maybe a good deal.
