I think it's fun to bet a lot in games or events because there would be more chances of winning, not just once. It also depends on where you are betting and what event you are trying to risk your money for because it would be hard if you wouldn't know what your betting because maybe you would have a greater chance in other games that you know.

I don't bet what I can't afford to watch. The sweetest victory when you are seeing your bet team winning. I always want to watch games and with inline a bet on it. I don't usually bet as many as I can because it hurts most my pocket. I only tend to bet big amount with a single game in a day.
I agree sports betting is a lot easier if you watching the game and have some information about the teams.

And that's why it's better to bet only on a single game per day. But if you are that type of person that has a lot of TV screens on your home or while watching a basketball game on your TV, you can have updates through your desktop/laptop and even smart phones it's up to you if you can be a multi tasker.
The advice of the experts is to be on selected games where you can study the event carefully so you can cap games properly, the thing is most of us value more the fun so we will choose more games and we sacrifice already the things that value most which is to analyze games.
I have that kind of attitude that's why I can relate to it very much, I used to tell myself I will limit but when you see a lot of games in the board you will be tempted to play most of them.

But there are some bettors who have a lot of time to study as many as 3 games per day before the said game. And as you said, there are gamblers who attain to have fun by choosing more than 1 games and it's their choose. As long as they can handle things out, that will be good for them.

Well once a bettor is in the industry for some time, they can be able to know statistics of the team.  Since they already know the statistics, strength and weakness, they can easily deternine who have a bigger chance of winning so the do not need that much of time to do research since the info is already in their mind.  They definitely have the capabillity to bet multiple times in the same league everyday.  But well I only bet once a day because I am not yet that familiar with competing teams.

I don't really have a solid answer for this because i bet mostly during different seasons. I used to bet on ucl from quater finals and sometimes bet twice which didn't really matter as most of the bets i made wins. Then i started betting on most of the ipl matches and then icc champions trophy. You should only bet if you are sure the team will win. I know you can't predict but self assurance should be there. If you feel that it's risky don't bet that a very simple and understandable rule.

Strategically I prefer selecting 1 game that I seen both players play recently and seen the statistics (i.e well analyzed) everything can happen but I depend on the available stats, HOWEVER like everyone else I get carried away betting as much as 10 if I didn't go bust before then.

Good advice. I am never betting on cricket because my head cant seem to understand the rules LOL

It is joking but i can understand on cricket games most of the rules are here, then i advice you just start football betting it is good for you, also do every sports betting. Because in the end you know that which sports suit you and you could earn from it. Otherwise in sports, it is easy to win other than games like dice.

That's a poor advice.
Don't bet on things you don't understand Tongue

Yeah, especially sports. Sports is one of the hardest one to bet on and it is not for newbies! Though if you are a pro capper then the chances of you getting rich here is big! There is an infinite possibility that someone can really profit from this game. Though it is hard since there are still a lot of factors that cannot be accounted for in every game.

Question is on the poll. After voting please share your opinion on why you choose that option. The poll will run for a week after that i'll lock the thread. I want to see what are your guys answers.

I'll start first, for me it's a no... I don't do betting more than one event per day because once you lose on your first pick you could start tilting and eventually lose your bankroll.
it depends on the match in that day if there is a match that I think is good I will bet. it can be more than one day or only one even though if there is no good match in that day I don't to sports gambling.

So what do you do, do you bet football and basketball at the same time? I think it's fine if you'll do more than one bets within a single day.
As long you met these conditions;
1. You bet what you afford to lose.
2. Matches on different schedule.

Iťs better to bet or play games that we know than risking our bet in things were not familiar, winning chances were on games we unederstand and have knowledge on how it goes.
Crickets is just like baseball but is just pure batting game. I have some basic knowledge about that game but I agree with you that the rules is not easy to understand since it is not a common game world wide.

It all depends on whether I have some knowledge on the games being played on that particular day, but placing bets almost everyday not possible for me because you do not always get games you have an idea of and making bets I have no knowledge of has usually resulted in me making a loss... So a bet each day not for me.

I am also not a daily gambler I can not be able to bet daily. But whenever my fav sports games are there, and I have free to analyse that game I will do betting another wise I stay away from this betting. I will not think much about casino games because I know here I can not get profit. But when I am doing sports betting I will take some time and place my bet. My fav sports football, cricket, tennis and sometimes I do hockey betting.

There is more possibility to win in the betting, specially you can bet on football matches which is more interested.

When I gamble on sports I like to bet on several games so that even if one loses I can still look forward to the other. That is assuming they are played at different times, for football matches that are played at the same time I might sometimes bet on 2 and watch just the one while keeping track of the score on the other. But generally I like to make a day of gambling so I try to bet on different events throughout the day.

I only play one single event in a day and not everyday but only when I think I have high probability of winning the bet. I do all analyses myself before betting, checking every possible details on both teams, like if any team is missing important players or not, injuries, red and yellow cards and a few betting predictions websites. I prefer to bet on lower divisions most of the time and also most of the time on the home team usually. This raises your chances to win the bet.

So you think you can't do a winning streak in sports betting? How long did you do gambling now? Sports betting isn't the thing that you will lose 5 times or more consecutively. It has chance but I see it as low. It's unusual that if you do multiple betting within the same day you will not have at least a single win on it. I voted on yes.

I can't see any reason why you will lose on 5 consecutives bets. There are called safe odds for about maximum 1.5 so the risk is not that high but still you will get an average amount of earnings when you win. Playing your bankroll in sportsbetting can take you in a long run that's why if ever you become zero balance in short period of time, then forget gambling now. I
I didn't say anything about having winning streak is impossible in sports betting. It's from my gambling experience that's why I said it because for me it's hard to bounce back when I lose back to back. About safe odds imo there's no such thing as safe odds on sports betting because favored teams/players could also lose too, mostly in sports like tennis, ufc and esports.

I would say no, I won't bet a lot of events per day. I want to stick with one game and event per day. I can't managed if all of those bets will lose at the same time though if those bets will win then that's a good thing for me. But I want to be always on the safe place by just waiting that bet if that is going to win or not and will remain on that strategy.

I'm also no, but my reason is different from yours. I usually bet on any sports to watch the match with more excitement, so I pick only one game to bet and spend my time watching that particular match. I usually bet small amount so not much worried about the result but mainly doing it for entertainment purpose. I will not bet more than one match in a day because don't have so much time to watch all those matches.

Yes you can't stay tune for many games if you have a lot of games to bet. And that's the essence of sports betting, you will be excited to see and watch the winning moves of your favorite nba player or any other sports game that you bet. And if they win, you will win and if you lose, you will lose also but still depends on the odds.

For me it's a yes vote as I bet on several games every weekend whether it's AFL, NRL or Super rugby. I tend to bet in each of them and on a couple of games. I also like to take parlays so I sometimes bet on even more then just these sports as sometimes the NBA is also on so I put a bet on that as well and also in my parlays so yes I bet on a number of events.

I bet mainly NFL and NCAAF. The bulk of the games are played Saturday (NCAAF) and Sunday (NFL) there are also some games on Thursday, Friday and Monday nights. I usually do my research and analysis for a weekend of games through the week. With so many good games to bet on, I invariably end up with multiple bets pending on any one or more of the days mentioned.

I always bet on games that I find exciting.
If there is a fifa or Euro event I can find myself betting on more then a single game at the same day for sure.
I will never bet to earn money so I wont bet on games that I won't watch, or will watch just because I had a bet going
Just bet for fun and you won't have any troubles.

For me I love gambling on a lot of events more than one. Though this is because I see opportunities for me to win in those games, not really because I have a saying that I have to play a lot of events. If I see a good opportunity in an event I do take that opportunity and play it. I don't pass up on those especially if it is more on the win side.
Yeah we cannot assure that if we go to the casinos we will always gonna win in every game we play, but it is also depend on us if we want to bet in more than one game. Sometimes we don't have a plan to bet more than one game but we will still betting because we think that we are now in a winning side. So it is really depend on us and it is also depend on our money if we can still afford to lose what we bet.

I voted yes but if there is a "it depends" choice, I would pick it. My no. of bets will be different in every season, if I see that there is a higher chance to win in the basketball & baseball league, I would bet on both. If I have a doubt on one of it, I will full bet on the other one which is less risky.

Is this a poll on how many games you bet on?

If it is then I bet a parlay of 3-5 games with a low amount on the wagered amount.

I don't get to greedy and put it on odds of 1.5x-2x only and nothing above that.

if it hits all of them then good.

If not, then no big loss then. Grin

I agree with the point of yours. Well it's odd to think that we will lose 5 or more consecutive bets in a row in sports betting since we can play on average odds which is playing at 1.5 like you state to the extent of close to 2. That's why other gamblers do martingale type of betting around that odds since bouncing back is really possible and only low chance to hit all your bets lose.

Kinda sarcastic to the last part but yeah if a sports bettor will lose all their bankroll in short period of time then it's time now to shift on different course.

Back in the days I used to bet on soccer games all day long, especially during the weekend, offer is great, so many games and just don't know what to choose. But it wasn't a good approach for me. Today I place one bet,on one event per day because I found that it gives the best results for my betting style.

Martingale would work better on sports, as you have some idea about whats going on. Start with a large bankroll and start low. And probably you wont lose 21 times.
But again when I start betting, I like to bet on most of the game I've idea on.
That's my losing strategy.
the only problem with this is the odds even you understand the game and there's no chance that you will lose 21 times in the row i think timing is needed so you can place big stake when you are already sure about the game but indeed there's still risk and its up to us whether we can take that at it is but its really have a high chance if you do some good research.

I agree with you . If we follow the sport correctly then there is very less chance of loosing 5 matches consecutively , the probability is very very less as you will have an idea who is the favorite and who is the underdog ( irrespective of odds ) . Know that the odds always aren't what it should be so betting based on odds isn't really a good idea.

Question is on the poll. After voting please share your opinion on why you choose that option. The poll will run for a week after that i'll lock the thread. I want to see what are your guys answers.

I'll start first, for me it's a no... I don't betting more than one event per day because once you lose on your first pick you could start tilting and eventually lose your bankroll.

Id also say no here. If you do each day then that makes you addicted in every definition of it. I don't even bet on every game that my favorite team plays and it's seldom that they play more than twice a week. Normally, a lot of people only bet during playoff games and major tournaments so i doubt that there are a lot of people who make bets daily

Yes i bet several games in a day especially if its NBA because i am a big fan of NBA and i feel more thrilled if i have a bet while watching the game. My bets are not equal for every game i bet high amount on my favorite team and minimum for other matches of the day.

Depends on how much BTCs do I have that is ready and intended for gambling but since most of the time I bet on sports like MMA, I bet on 2 to 3 fights only and most of them are the one in the main event since those the the ones that are highly publicized and ones with a lot of feedback from analysts.

Martingale would work better on sports, as you have some idea about whats going on. Start with a large bankroll and start low. And probably you wont lose 21 times.
But again when I start betting, I like to bet on most of the game I've idea on.
That's my losing strategy.

I usually bet once per day, if there is Champions League then couple times per week, but never more then once in one day. And I bet on single matches mostly, or two max per bet slip, I don`t like to complicate my bets. I don`t chase for profit so much in sports betting, I prefer small and safe odds, then high and almost impossible odds. I know people that bet all day, no matter do they lose or win, they wait next good game for betting and like that all day.

It's not that I preferred it but there are times that I think I can nailed that multiple betting event within the day. It will have some loss but not that all bets will be lose. It's my passion anyways to do sports bet so whatever betting type I saw and I feel that I can make it, then just proceed with the betting.

Voted for yes.

I vote yes because when i do betting in sports game i usually bet on nba games because if i bet twice i don't know if i have a profit from it so it's better to bet just once with a full sure about it . don't get the right word from it but still betting once is more reliable than betting twice thrice . I voted for Yes.
I do bet for NBA and there are 2 games in a day.
I just do this to maximize my profit.
It is easy to make a prediction with a basketball game specially when you are an enthusiast with the game.
I bet for the same amount. We know there is not much profit there for the odds are sometimes low. So better do it twice when it is at good odds. But this just happens a few times.

Depend on the event. There are times when all available bets are worth to bet that's why hesitation is set aside to give chance for the opportunity. Who might think that I can nailed all available bets that day. And I doubt for all the bets we will made that day, at least there is a winning. If all lose then sports betting is not definitely for that person.

But Im just doing it when I feel it. No way I will do it everyday as it will wreck my bankroll quickly lol.

It's depends on the match, if there are more than 1 match that I interested to make a bet, usually I made 1-2 bet, but I often choose 1 match that I feel and know I can win, so I choose no.
Plus it's for making a limitation of my gambling activity.

Taking into consideration the obvious factor of risk in sports betting, I would never bet on more than 1 event in a day. The way how I play smart in sports betting is by taking the winnings of the previous bet and betting again on an event which I'm very well confident on some other day. If I would consistently bet on more than 1 event per day, I would lose it all.

For me I love gambling on a lot of events more than one. Though this is because I see opportunities for me to win in those games, not really because I have a saying that I have to play a lot of events. If I see a good opportunity in an event I do take that opportunity and play it. I don't pass up on those especially if it is more on the win side.

But do you really see those many opportunities in one day? I once saw an interview of a professional sports bet trader, he usually operates in betfair. He said he could only do 1 or 2 games a week, because he would have to perform an exhaustive analysis from the games available and normally only 1 or 2 per week were good enough for him to work on. He would then be very committed to that game, and he got really tired working on it. Like I said he was a pro and he could make or loss $500K on a single game, so I know that's a completely different level, but we are talking about 1 or 2 games a week. Also I know he was doing sports betting trade, so it's different, but the analysis etc is the same, because it's still sports betting, so I think it's hard to find those many valuable bets per day.

Well even if i'm.fond of sport betting, i do it mostly on manor events only. Like for nba, i do bet sometimes on regular season games but not everyday. More like the games only of teams i like. It might lead to addiction if you bet everyday, sometimes even on sports you hardly even know anything about just for the sake of making that bet

Maybe it is also depend if there are also some several game that is worth betting, but if there is none then I'd go to bet one game only per day, we may not know what will happen especially when you have friends with you that they want to continue betting. I think we just always need to think twice after betting so that we cannot lose a lot of our bankroll.

i vote for Yes, because i think i want to make another winning but its only if i have a good prediction for the match and if i don't have any other prediction, then i will stick with one match only and waiting for the result in the end of games. its too excited if we can place more than one bets because we have a chance to make more money if we are win but if we are loss both, then our money will be disappear.

I voted (Yes), because sometimes you can not ignore some events that happen in the same day, especially in the european soccer leagues, when Staurday or Sunday are full of interesting matches, you can not bet on one match only, while in other days I do not make any bet, however those leagues finished some weeks ago, so I do not make a lot of bets for now.

I guess it depends on what you do. If you are a sportbook pro then you'll likely be betting on more than just one game. Since you will likely see a lot of opportunities for you to profit. If you don't bet on more than one event then you lose that potential profit because you limited it to just that one event you wanted to bet on.
Yes that is only OP is asking will you bet more than one event in a single day. Yes, I will do, but most of the time I make multiple bets on the single game. That means live betting. Suppose if I feel my bet is going to lose on the safer side I will make one more bet with the high amount to get back my loss. This kind of betting I will do. For multiple events also I do but not every time.

I usually do not bet on more than one event per day, just because I don't usually do sportsbetting, I occasionally place a bet when there's a big football (soccer) event.

When I do bet, I bet on different things, generally on the outcome of the match and on how many goals will be made.
Haven't won too much though, but it makes the match way more fun to watch.

I only like limited sports so I do not need to bet more sports or games that I do not know and see on TV.
There are plenty of games offered but I only like basketball and tennis since that two are my favorites but I make sure every time I place my bets I already did analyze the match up, I know it does not ensure a win but it could help somehow.

Since I selected yes , but still There is no surity of how many bet I placed for the gambling because all depends upon my luck that how I am making deals with my loss and profit .
Actually when I lost my bet then I place my second bet and when I losty bet again then again place my bet with double amount in the same day until I turned my loss into profit . If I get win at the first bet then I don't need to place my bet more in the same day because I have a target of 0.01btc profit daily .
So this is my control over my mind and rule of my trick of gambling that is making me to gamble once or more then once .

More events can translate to more opportunities and more opportunities can be a good thing if one can follow through on them. On the downside it can be hard to focus when there are a lot of sporting events, there are drawbacks to higher activity. That said I prefer more events to less events if only for the increased potential for finding matches I like.

but if you are playing gambling on cricket matches, then there are more chances for betting, you can make a bet on every over, even on every ball. you can use fancy  and most of the T20 format there are 3 fancies, where you can make multi bet you can also bet on full match but can also change your bet from from time to time, and that is the reason that i mostly play gambling on cricket matches.

Depends on my bet.

I used to bet 5 Kuna every time (under 1$) so ofcourse betting small amounts on 1 event wouldn't result in anything Cheesy

Betting a parley of 6-7 games would be a norm.

However, when I bet large amounts as 500 Kuna, I'd bet only 1 game Tongue

I went for yes because most times its what I do but I do it with care and only the games I have knowledge about especially the teams involved in the case of football. In that instance, its either I win both or lose one definitely not the two and in some other situations, I have made bets on about 5 games where I won 4 out of it. It comes with its risks but also the reward could be encouraging depending on the odds involved.

I answer no for the reason that I am not attracted of any sports betting event.  I might probably bet sometimes but most of the time I prefer other form of gambling games like blackjack and dice.  Recently I tried the slot game from FJ and I had fun with rango and played it until i depleted my bankroll.  Lucky there is a leader board event and at least I got on the top ten rank and book a 200mbtc reward.  At least I gotten back what part of what I have lost.

I normally do more than one bet per day, and on different games. I only bet for fun though, so I guess that is normal for me.
I don't know what professionals do, but I would say they don't make many bets a day, not because of tilt problems or anything like that, but because they have to carefully analyze a lot of games, and after their research they end up with a small number of value bets.

YES, I bet on several games a day, it all depends on my bank roll, win - loss rate and time. If and when I hit my target, I stop for the day. I also implement a daily stop loss, whenever I hit that, I quit for the day.

This requires great discipline... something I do not have  Grin

Great trait to have !
Yes it is a great policy he is following, usually, people will not follow this kind of strategies. They plan but they not follow, but in his matter, he is good and keep going mate it will save lot's of your money in gambling. Come to the topic I do bet on several games but not every time whenever I fell the games are good, and I have coins in my wallet I will choose this option, or else I stay back with this option. And OP you must add one more thing in your poll YES, NO and SOMETIMES. Becasue some people will choose this 3rd choice.

My answer would be no, I don't usually bet on sports betting if there are no event on it and if there are no games for my favorite team in the NBA, league of legends, and DOTA 2, and I don't do a bet if I don't really feel like it that is why I don't give a thing even if my team had lost because I am not casually betting.

I don't betting more than one event per day because once you lose on your first pick you could start tilting and eventually lose your bankroll.
It really doesn't matter how many bets you do daily as long as you have control on your bets(good bankroll management). You can "tilt" if you have bad streak several days in a row too  Wink

If i knew a particular game and the players on it then i would really play the game and would really reach out more than 1 game.It depends on a particular day on what game would be held.If its not on my interest then there are days that i didnt even make a single bet.Ill choose not to play than risking without the confidence or assurance on your bet.

Based on the winning I do prefer to take part into one or more event. Quite often I get a winning in the first event which makes me take part in further event. But, to be on the safe side most of the time I used to spend a small portion of my winning into the falling event and the rest were used for saving.

I always betting more than one event per day on sportsbook, especially when i won so many coins in 1 day. I'm a gambler addict though, if i'm lose on my first pick, i always double my base bet to another match. Sometimes i can win big and sometimes i can lose big too.

Depends on the events, if there is a good event like Euro Cup, World Cup, etc then I might bet on more than 1 game per day. Of course, I choose the games that I know more than other games. But if there is no such event, I will only bet 1 game per day or even did not made any bets if there is no single game that I familiar with.
