I have tickets older than 3 months sat in support and nothing is ever answered.


Also the link you provided to support section does notwork nor does the one in the emails they provide seems something broken.

I still have the urls for both support centers however 3 months waiting with no response I given up adding tickets as they are not been responded to

You should read the mail and the thread. In mail yifu explains that no tickets from before this month are answered anymore. And in thread its said that the url is wrong. asics instead asic.

Am i understand it correctly that yifu says that the tickets are being worked up now or does he mean the tickets arent worked up now because the products will be delivered in near future? The last thing wouldnt be a help for me and i have at least 2 open tickets i need worked up.

So does the support still work? I got an answer to my first ticket in hours but now not anymore since then. Whats the experience of others?

I had the impression Yifu himself answered my ticket at first. Maybe to check out the system or so. But i doubt he planned to do it now personally all the time. That would be doomed for sure.

But, I think Avalon were ahead of themselves with the link not working my end either. Give them 24 hours...

Production is happening, it is now time to address ordering issues and ship units.

Before opening a ticket, make sure the following is true.

1. you have an account on store.avalon-asics.com with all your information filled out, including address, phone number and such.
2. your bitcoin transaction id, blockchain.info url preferred.
3. the email you use for ordering ( if it is different from the store account. )

The support ticket has added fields for trouble type, which batch you belong, a chip order or regular batches and etc.

Finally, if you have an ticket older than June 1st, make another containing all the information using the new form at
