Just to keep updated my request, I've closed a deal with a localbitcoins trader from UK that is accepting cash in mail.

i think western union in Italy can help you to exchange

Well, with 1 euro I can send an envelope to UK. I don't know what is the minimum fee of western union, but I imagine that could be easily higher than that.

I've found 6,37 pounds from a past travel in UK, that i'm not able to use here in Italy, neither exchange for euros (banks are only accepting banknotes).
Since is just a low amount, i'm looking for somebody that could do me this favor: if there is a longstanding UK user here in bitcointalk, i'm willing to send first via priority mail the coins, accepting the risk to lose them since is the not tracked economy shipping. Exchange rate is up to the user, when he will receive the envelope (I don't care for such a low amount).
