I agree with you, for now partner is a very important thing owned by a project.
with a partner will increase the confidence of the investors to a project especially if they are partners that they have is a media / project is great as well.

Change, eidoo seems already filled all of your criteria, but i think you should consider to invest in both of the project, because as far as i can see the eidoo project already taken an advertise on the wsj news paper. it seems to be a good deal.

b) The best team? Even Hut34 has a solid team, I think BitDegree (https://BitDegree.org) or Leverj (https://leverj.io) should be included as the best.

c) The best market? Etheal (https://etheal.com) has a progressive movement to list their token on US based exchange

d) The best partner? Micromoney!!

e) I'm not sure, there are too much plan without realization. So here I will advise to understand the technology not just invest because a hype. I personally suggest you to check Hut34 Project out. I do believe they will bring the technology into new era of monetizing.
