9.First tasks, marketing and grow
$Force will achieve steady growth allowing fair distribution of the tokens among a large group of people. Most tokens distribution will be done as result of members receiving tips by helping organize the community and complete the initial tasks.

Translations and community grow are extremely important. Translators of this white paper can include an address and will receive important amounts of $force directly from the author.  The translations should  be published directly into subreddits, for example /ChineseForce/ or the most appropriate platform,

Documentation and video tutorials will also receive $force directly from the author. Any media that helps move the project forward will be well rewarded.

8. Tools
Open source tools and platforms like Reddit & Github are useful to receive and allow for collaboration and completion of tasks. A combination of wallet, messaging, and Reddit-like decentralized platform could be developed by the community to become fully independent from centralized tools.

Using Reddit to receive the first jobs has the side effect of creating an active community. /r/bitcoin is got 100k users, /r/cryptoForce will surpass this number and foster the adoption of crypto among a new group of users.

New tools to empower the system can be created by $Force community the same way  bitcoin wallets, exchanges, etc... were created. The tools can include economic incentives in the form of small fees. For instance an App that includes the work requested, communication tools, wallet and tips. The community can move into multiple independent platforms that adjust better to the different types of work possible. The multiple competing bitcoin wallets come to mind as example of independent coders creating value for Bitcoin.

Fees charged by tools are reminiscent of transaction fees charged to users on the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains. Fees create an incentive for developers to build tools that are powered by $force.

While initially all tasks are to be submitted to /r/cryptoforce , once traction is gained new subs should be created to accommodate different types of tasks. For instance /r/reviewforce could be one that specializes into doing reviews of apps, websites, etc…

A tool that can allow $Force to compete with Amazon mechanical turk will be of great value. Simple tasks like describing images for AI training, transcribing recordings, etc.. can be completed by $Force.

Coordination with the OMNI foundation and with the Ethereum/etc foundation will allow for the creation of specialized features to improve the process to collect, process and deliver work.

7.A passive income token

Value for $force token is generated from the work completed as a collective. The vast number of participants doing small pieces of work results in that the workforce is able to complete tasks that will otherwise be impossible, or a lot more expensive.

Each individual decides on whether he should participate in the completion of requested work and is responsible for his own actions.

People are able to use their free time to complete some work, for instance a survey or a review may be completed while commuting. Many of these tasks can be completed using smartphones extending to places where due to poverty computers are not widely available. A user capable of doing more complicated work will as result had invested more time and hold a major number of $force tokens.

When voting as part of $Force collective, the voter makes its choice to participate in polls carefully as a careless vote ultimately result in its token losing value. Voting can be done by burning a tiny amount of $force for each vote.  A small publication fee can be charged.

A user that can't do a job can still make a positive contribution by giving tips to the users that provided valuable help towards completing the job. This is extremely important as allows for a fair broad distribution that increases the workforce and further increases the $force value. The more holders of $force, the more work that can be completed.

There are many simple tasks that can create value for the workforce. Translations jobs alone represents a market of multiple billions of dollars.  Value for the token comes from the cumulative work being done from holders of $force.

6.Requesting work, completing work

In order to request work to be done by holders of $force, it is necessary to obtain $force tokens from an exchange and send it to a burning address. The amount to be burned depends on the work requested and should match the costs of the work done via traditional methods. In order to know if holders of $Force will be willing to complete the work and how much should be burned, a post with a clear description of the work needs to be made. Reddit/r/cryptoforce will be used as a starting point to receive and organize requests. $Force community will answer with the correct value. As result of the burning of tokens the value increases for $Force holders across blockchains as total supply is reduced. Multiple platforms can be built to optimize the process.

The continuous increasing price of $force token due to work being completed and reduction of supply; results in that overtime less and less tokens need to be burned. The possibility to increase the already high number of decimal points means that token supply never tops. Still an alternative method where the tokens are distributed among the $Force holders instead of burned may be used in the future when the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains are interconnected, allowing value to flow from one to another. OMNI platform could be used towards this goal. Smart contracts can also be used to upgrade from this starting point.

Simple work requests like making a review or providing feedback are easy to be completed by the vast workforce. Work requesters can specify their expectation and maintain communication until work is satisfactorily completed.

Larger work can follow the methods used by open source software development. The most qualified members of the community will organize the work. The rest of the community can offer testing, feedback, indirect help, and tips. For instance if the task requires the creation of a logo, the workforce designers will do samples, the community will provide feedback and vote on the best. Additionally many will tip the best designs. Just as with open source projects, the community is a self organizing system. Driven by economic incentives each member always do what is best for the whole community. Tips are very important as it will allow those that do not own any crypto coins to become part of $Force community.

A large multicultural community will result in translation jobs easily being completed by the decentralized workforce. Several tools exists that allow a group of people collaboratively translate a document. While some people translate, others can proofread  the document and provide ideas on how to improve a text or translation. Positive feedback receives tips from other members. A tool to complete translations powered by $force could be built and charge a transaction fee as an incentive for the developers.

Multiple work requests can come at the time, just as groups of people write a certain article on Wikipedia, groups will spontaneously form to solve a certain request of work. Work can be divided by types on different groups and multiple platforms. For example /r/chineseforce will be a group that focuses on translating Chinese to English.

Some work may be funded by more than one user. For example, if an open source project requires testing, requesters can make multiple payments to cover the costs.

5.Distribution

There is no need for people that want to join the $Force to invest any money. All distribution among $Force members should happens as result of tips and work. $Force is able to immediately start completing requests. Value for the token is generated as soon as the first user requests work to be done by the $Force.

As value for the $force token is generated as per a vast global conglomerate holding the token, we welcome the Bitcoin community and the Ethereum community to participate. Avoiding to do so will have resulted in competing groups to be created.

There will ever be a maximum of 240,000,000 $force tokens, 120,000,000 available on the Bitcoin blockchain and 120,000,000 available on the Ethereum blockchain. While in different blockchains it is the same token. $Force looks to unite communities for common benefit.

The strong network effect of combining the major blockchains will result in deterring attempts to copy the principles of this paper into a different token. A user looking to contract work has a strong incentive to use $Force as is vast user base and its core values makes work to be completed successfully more likely.

$Force just like Bitcoin is a decentralized system, there is no company  but a community moving forward the ideas necessary to receive, coordinate and complete work fairly. $force on the Bitcoin blockchain was generated using the OMNI platform and is available on the OMNI Dex as Force/OMNI pair at: http://omniexplorer.info/lookupmarket.aspx?spa=327&spb=1. $force on the Ethereum blockchain will be generated using a ERC20 smart contract and available on the Etheredelta DEX.

Price distribution of $force token on the exchange incentivises early requesters with lower prices. The price distribution on the exchange is directly proportional to the increase of activity in the workforce. It was set once by the author and remain unchanged until all tokens are distributed. Tips paid by the author are taken from the higher part of the distribution. We must remember that as more people join the workforce more work can be completed and so the token also becomes more valuable.  Requesters have an incentive to get tokens early.

The decentralized exchange sale book is intended only for requesters. The main distribution of tokens for holders of $force should happen as results of users growing the community and completing work. All community building work will receive tokens from the author. $Force members should not buy tokens from the Decentralized exchange but just as described provide part of their time to receive them. Similarly to Proof of Work on Bitcoin and Ethereum mining, tokens are receive as a reward to work and cooperation.

Tokens initially in control of the author will be moved into a 3 of 5 multisig wallet controlled by master members of the Bitcoin and Ethereum community. The author will kept a public list of work and tips paid so that the community can review all funds distributed. The list is available at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HaOLXnBbvVWzH2q_tBq_q119otPy81raGoNo4zj9LLo/edit?usp=sharing

Ethereum and Omni received from work requesters buying directly from the DEX will back the $force token. The received Ethereum should be used to do staking. OMNI Dex generates fees that are later distributed to OMNI Holders, these will also back $force. The author won't take the funds generated by sales on the DEX, and neither should later those holding the multisig keys to the DEX funds.

Upon a year of publishing this paper the author is to receive a grant of 1% of the total tokens (2,400,000). For this the community members in control of the of the multisig wallets will sign a transaction with the grant.

There is a project called Gitcoin that has is getting its feet off the ground and is achieving the same thing as what you're doing. What features of your project will outperform those of Gitcoin and any other future projects?

4.Force core values

$Force community pursuits to have a positive effect for the world, allowing for work to be completed without a middleman. Each participant is solely responsible for his own actions. Under no circumstances should a holder ever do anything that will affect other individual or business. Any requested work that will cause any type of harm should be discarded. If a value is generated for work that will cause harm it should be considered a donation. Any work that could have resulted in harm should be reported to the correspondent authorities. $Force holders have a strong incentive to provide work that generate only positive results for society, as its economic value is inherently proportional to its core values. Hacking, spamming or similar types of work requests are forbidden. Every job request should always be public.  Users attempting to use $Force for malicious purposes should be banned by the community and reported to authorities. While decentralized $Force will work to comply with governments regulations. Every individual is responsible of paying taxes and adhering to local laws.

3.Decentralized workforce

Holders of $force tokens have a strong incentive to generate value by completing work. If the holder decides not to participate the value of the token it holds decreases. If a user no longer has time to participate he can sell it to other participants. In this way $Force automatically adapts and continues to grow with those willing to add value. Participants adding value to the market have a strong incentive to work on tasks that positively impact the token they hold.

2.Value on $force token

Value on $force token is generated from the work that the $Force holders cooperate to successfully complete. Is important that the number of  $Force holders be as vast as possible. The more people that hold the token, the more work that can be completed, the more value it generates. As result of this, $force token was created on the Bitcoin blockchain and also on the Ethereum blockchain. There is need for an independent token as otherwise there is no way to localize the value generated among those willing to complete work. Creating an independent blockchain will result in a much smaller group and wasted of resources.

$Force,  like Bitcoin, is a valid form of store of value. Holders can use it for payment in exchange for goods and services, or exchange it for other crypto currencies. $Force members receive back their contribution of labour as an increase of value of the $force token they hold.

1.Introduction

Bitcoin is changing the world, in November 2008 Satoshi Nakamoto published his paper for Bitcoin, A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System. 9 years later we have a healthy crypto ecosystem that grows by the day. Not only is it possible to transmit value over the internet,  projects like Ethereum and OMNI are it making possible to do several other valuable things like smart contracts and decentralized exchanges.

Edited by volunteers using open source software, Wikipedia fast became one of the most important sources of information on the internet. People contribute with their expertise generating the best possible results. There are currently over 30,000,000 Wikipedia accounts. An incentivised platform for completing work on the internet will achieve similar success.

Linux is another example of successful online collaboration. Developed by volunteers around the world, it has become one of the most important operative systems. What started as a one person project now powers most of the world's supercomputers, servers and smartphones. This was only possible by collaboration of thousands of people around the world.

The basic tools are ready. We describe a system that will allow a vast decentralized workforce to generate value by completing work. From doing simple things like writing a review to more complicated undertaking; like doing translations, writing software or reviewing a smart contract, $Force is able to efficiently replace an important part of traditional labour markets.

$Force will disrupt centralized e-lancing platforms like Fiver, Upwork and Amazon mechanical turk. These platforms complete billions of dollars of work annually and in some cases impose unfair rules for those doing the work. By removing the middleman we propose a system that is fair to the freelancer and more efficient for the requester.

$Force incentivised collective intelligence creates a mastermind that completes work in a way where the community generates common benefit. Following dynamics similar to those used by open source development teams, a decentralized workforce is able to efficiently complete work.

Abstract. A vast decentralized workforce where participants collaborate utilizing open source methodologies to collectively complete any type of work motivated by the economic incentives of $force crypto token.  Infinite collective intelligence able to decentralize online freelancing markets with a global conglomerated of workers. The middleman is removed creating an efficient and fair market, where workers use their energy into creating value for themselves.

Hello everybody out there decentralizing the world –
I’m planing a decentralized workforce platform (just a white paper for now). This has been brewing since March, and is starting to get ready. I’d like any feedback on things people like/dislike.
The final paper will be the cumulative work of those interested. The economic and token issuance details won't change, otherwise open to ideas.🙂

Yuri, [email protected] @1forcecrypto Here is a link to the current draft:
