I know there are lots of exchanger out there which accept indian customer and also btcxindia.com which seems to be local exchanger for india but i don't have any experience with them as i am not from india. If you buy bitcoin than find forex which accept bitcoin deposit or try like deposit fund to neteller via bitcoin, transfer it to skrill or directly use in forex.
I appreciate that you replied but I want to whether it is legal for an Indian to convert inr into some other currency and than trade in forex and thatbto margin trading.

as for now there is no legislation preventing you from converting your currency to BTC, you can very well do it using local exchanges

https://1broker.com/ allows you to trade forex with bitcoin no fiat currency required. I don't personally have experience with 1broker however, there was some good reviews on the forum last time I checked a year or so ago. Overall though forex trading isn't terribly popular within the bitcoin community so don't expect to find tons of reviews.

you need an exchange for this that accept the currency of your country, than when you have bitcoin you can do whatever you want, no restriction

just join any broker, like 1broker and start to trade forex
