If the address you sent the money to is present in your electrum wallet then your money is not gone anywhere and is safe in your wallet and your wallet should reflect the balance and the transaction of it.
what do i have to do? i sent the money to my electrum wallet receiving address, but had forgotten to make the receive request, so my money has gone. sorry for my english btw
what do you mean by receive request? once you send bitcoin directly to your address you won't need to do anything but wait for confirmation.
maybe post your address and the tx ID so we can see what's going on.
