It'll be picked up eventually, but you'll have to be patient. I'm not aware of any "easy" way to cancel or modify an unconfirmed transaction.
I think you could probably resign the transaction again and add a fee, although I don't think this is possible within blockchain client.. but can be done as far as im aware.
